Brin's Posy Floral and Gifts — Attraction in Staunton

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my mother-in-law admittedly a little last minute this year... like, just a few days before (oops)! I called to see if they had any arrangement availabilities and they were able to get me in no problem! In the span of just a few minutes I called, paid, and was guaranteed an arrangement with a confirmation receipt! I definitely wasn't expecting to be able to so last minute, so this was incredibly helpful. Being that the recipient doesn't live in Staunton, I opted for pickup rather than delivery, and was given a time window to show up on the Friday before Mother's Day. Well, of course I got distracted with my job, and before you know it there was only about 30 minutes left in my pickup window. Luckily, the owner took the time to call and check on me to make sure I was still available to pick up the arrangement. They even took it a step further and said they would drop it off for me (after asking where I currently was when I explained I was at work but could come right away) as they were about to head out to run an errand. When they arrived with the arrangement I was blown away! It was absolutely beautiful!! I asked a bunch of questions on how to make sure I could keep it looking as pretty as It arrived and they answered every (probably obvious) question and didn't make me feel rushed or bothersome even though they probably had a million things to do being such a busy time for florists. All in all, the service and product was top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone. We could not have picked a better florist than Cailyn. The florals for our wedding were truly unbelievable — absolutely stunning and beyond what we ever imagined. Cailyn went above and beyond for us, even when I made a mistake on the order, which we didn’t discover until a few hours before the ceremony. She went out of her way to create two new corsages for my mother and mother-in-law (which she absolutely did not have to do) and gave the original ones to the two little girls at our wedding — who adored them and didn’t put them down all night! Cailyn is professional, kind, and incredibly talented. She brought my vision to life beyond any expectations I had and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Our bouquets were absolutely stunning! As part of my bride look, I knew I wanted an awesome bouquet. I didn't have to give Cailyn much direction, honestly. I sent her a few photos of the vibes we were envisioning and other bouquets I liked. Then she totally nailed it, and some! You can tell she loves getting creative and designing unique pieces. My bouquet was so beautiful and special. I couldn't put it down. Our coordinators had to basically pry it from me so I could hug!
