Crossroads Plaza — Attraction in Sterling Heights

Stopped there to do some copying at Office Depot. Well do to them closing their doors their copy machine were put out of service. I happened not to know this and representative that was there loading up items I can see why they are going out. He was extremely rude and condensing to say the least. So I went to FedEx and was able to complete my copying. There wasn't any employee interaction as all of FedEx's copy machines are self serve. The process was ezee peewee. All touch screen and one pays right there. The system gives you many options to pay. I felt a little on the high side per copy per page price., but I was in a crunch for the copies.

Inside had really changed since the days of Kinkos/FedEx beginnings. It wasn't warm or inviting. It felt a little drab and cold

Plenty of parking and handicap...

It's a Disaster their right now with the road construction and the parking lot looks like it needs to be next because they have some doozy pot holes. Its kinda dead too. I don't understand why they are building new strip malls and plaza's down the road when they should be putting money in at the crossroads plaza. It makes no sense. Also Home Depot needs to get security guards because I see Foreigners stealing stuff ALL THE TIME. Seriously its ashame and outta control. I've probably been at home depot at least 13 or 14 times in the last month and saw at least 6 people trying to steal merchandise and get away with it. The one time I said something, the employee didn't look like they really cared. So why should I? I think its BS but...

When I went to Home Depot to pick a 5 ft 8 inch refrigerator I had absolutely no help in the beginning I tracked down a elderly gentleman that worked in that department and I literally had to pull the refrigerator off the shelf myself he didn't even help me until I had to look him in the eyes and initiate that I need some help. He belligerently helped me, eventually to loaded it up on the trolley but his customer service skills we're very much lacking I had to take the fridge to the very front of the checkout area and the young lady in the front was super nice and very friendly and helpful and she had a nice gentleman take the fridge out to the car for me and load it for me.
