I have been on the look out for a new Chinese restaurant since my move to MI. I have tried several and was highly disappointed as I know Chinese in the north is quiet superior to Chinese in the southern United States. I have been frequenting another restaurant close by; however, decided to give Jay’s Ding Ho a try and boy was I happy I did. I ordered the General Chicken Dinner combo with chicken fried rice. The chicken was well done and the sauce spicy yet sweet. The fried rice was everything from no grease to wonderful flavor. The egg roll that came with it was honestly the best egg roll that I have had since moving up here. This is definitely my new go to Chinese place.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called and said shrimp fried rice no veggies get my food and it's green beans corn, peas, carrots, onions and etc. I called back was meet with a nasty attitude telling me I didn't say no veggies. When returning the food they put the new food in the old containers that was dirty with stains and ripped! That's unsanitary. How hard could it have been to give us a new container. Won't be returning and y'all should be aware.

The place was small and empty but it was near closing time and very clean. The options were very typical of Chinese American cuisine. I ordered general tsaos chicken and fried dumplings. The dumplings were great and the chicken was good. I personally don't know why I ordered general tsaos because I'm not a big fan but I would come back and try it again. The sauce was just too sweet for me. I'll try again and update this.

Take out of the most disgusting food??? I've ever tasted. I've tasted crab Rangoon all over, even in a box at Costco. Whatever was inside was something I've never tasted. I don't know, the cream cheese tasted bad, and whatever they fried it in tasted like the smell of a used mop. Now the wonton soup. I couldn't understand why the noodles all opened for a bowl of 1 cm noodles floating around.......cause it didn't have anything to adhere too. Crumbs of something else were floating around also which was supposed to be the meat for the wonton and the soup water, water ,water. What a waste. When in line for this barf I could hear the lady ahead saying there was peanut oil in her food that her kid is allergic to. She just wanted her money back but they kept saying they make another so they did. I could see, they opened her old food with peanut oil and poured in a pot of the same dish and gave it to her. I told her. I wouldn't trust this place ever. Were both calling health dept and...

This was my first time getting food from there . The place was real clean & the young lady that took my order was very kind . I ordered a carryout sesame chicken dinner combo . Which came with an egg roll ,wonton soup & chicken fried rice . I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. When she handed the bag, I was surprised at how heavy it was . Very generous portions to be honest . The chicken was cooked just right & the sauce was excellent. The fried rice was a little different then I'm used to . It had some vegetables in it instead of bean sprouts but was delicious. The wonton soup was nice & hot with a good flavor. The egg roll was really small ,but I'm not complaining. It was a lot of good food at what I consider a cheap price. I definitely will...

Do yourself a favor, and DON'T EVEN SET FOOT in this restaurant!! As it is, you will be the ONLY person in there. And there is a reason. We ordered over $30 worth of food and they did not know what "pork chop suey" is. Really?? Isn't chop suey like the anthem at a Chinese place??? It's like McDonald's not knowing what a hamburger is!!! My husband went back to tell them the dish they gave me wasn't chop suey and they tried to tell him it was. No bean sprouts.. they acted like we were talking "crazy" asking for bean sprouts in chop suey. It was rice, carrots and big hunks of pork. I honestly think aliens took these people over. In fact, if you want to "meet" a real alien, go into this place! How they run a business is beyond me, but I'm sure it won't...
