This is my favorite place to go see movies. The value is awesome, they have the most comfortable chairs, and the snacks and value Tuesdays are unbeatable. It absolutely would have gotten 5 stars from me if the manager actually did their job when it comes to the difficult situation where someone should be asked to leave the theater.
This past Tuesday marks the second time a giant group of teens ruined the movie for a full theater and the staff did nothing about it. With the way they were acting, they clearly weren't over 18 and did not have an adult with them and yet they were in a rated R movie. They were yelling slurs, making fun of disabled people, and saying disgusting things whenever a woman was shown on screen. They took multiple pictures on with the flash setting. They would get up and block the screen. Eventually the entire theater began yelling at them to shut up. 5 separate people got up to get security and all the manager did was stand at the bottom of the theater with his arms crossed and leave. Sometimes he would come back, and once more people complained he began standing DIRECTLY next to them. It was obvious (especially since the entire theater pointed to the group) who the people ruining the movie were, and instead of being asked to leave after ruining the first half of the movie for dozens of people, they were allowed to stay. The second the manager left before the movie ended, they began to yell and talk again (shocker).
This was disappointing. Why even have rules about no yelling, no phones, and no disruptions if when a giant group does it for half the movie with absolutely 0 consequences. They weren't asked to leave, they weren't taken outside and told to stop, nothing happened besides someone periodically coming over to babysit them which didn't help since they would start right back up again once they left. It also didn't give us back half the movie we missed because they were acting like fools.
Honestly it's just disappointing the manager couldn't do their job and tell them to leave. Please do better. We really like this place and it sucked having our movie...
Read moreThis theater is always very clean and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. My only small complaint would be that upper management should make sure that their supervisors know and follow all procedures.
On 10/21/2024 a friend and I were there to see the 11:15am showing of “smile 2”. Because we were paying with cash we had to pay at the concession stand. I’m assuming none of the workers were on time (box office and concession) because the supervisor was on the register (no biggie, it unfortunately happens at every theater from time to time). When we were ready to pay for our items and my friend wanted to pay with a $100 bill the supervisor just said “oh I don’t have change for that” and proceeded to delete our order and call the next guest once he told her it was all he had. I use to work at a theater myself years ago and I’m certain she could have just asked or allowed us to ask the manager for change. My friend was a little frustrated and left to get change from a nearby store. That was the only thing that was a little displeasing to me.
On the plus side, while we were watching our movie, 4 teenagers snuck into our auditorium running, laughing and just being obnoxious. One of the Ushers must have spotted them run in and the Manager came about 2 minutes later to escort them out. That definitely meant a great deal because I’ve been a movie goer since I was a teen myself and I absolutely dislike when ppl are just being rude during a showing.
I was still very pleased with my experience and I hope that my suggestions are taken into...

Went to see 1st showing on a Saturday of Inside Out 2. Purchased my tickets online ahead of time and went into auditorium # as listed in my email confirmation. There were no previews, nothing on the screen. At the listed movie start time, still nothing on the screen. There was one other family in attendance and they went to inform an employee. A few minutes later a movie starts, but it's Despicable Me 4, not Inside Out 2. Finally, an employee comes into the auditorium for a standard check, I tell him the wrong movie is playing and he clearly doesn't believe me; he asks to see my ticket. When I show him, he mumbles something and heads out. Finally, Inside Out 2 starts. So we didn't get to see any previews and the movie started later than it should have, and only started because of guests informing the employees multiple times of issues in the theater....
