I recently purchased furniture from Michelle’s Furniture and had an amazing experience—definitely a five-star business! The customer service was outstanding. The staff are true professionals who go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. I bought two bedroom sets, a living room set, and a mirror. The mirror was accidentally left out during the first delivery, but the owner personally brought it to my home. That kind of dedication really stood out to me! They take the time to understand your needs and help you choose from a beautiful selection of high-quality furniture. One thing I will mention is that delivery can take a little longer than expected, but it’s nothing to be upset about. I needed my table before having family over the following Saturday. I was called the following Friday for delivery the next Tuesday. Inquired about cancelling my order and was informed I’d have to pay a 25% “restocking” fee. I’m being charged a fee because they didn’t deliver on the day they promised? Once your make your purchase, they don’t care because they already got paid. Ended up picking up my order from their Lodi warehouse, waited there for 30 minutes, just to get my dining table. I will never purchase from this place again.. money hungry is the only way to describe this place. I didn’t get a call saying the Furniture had come in. I had to call and ask. Then I was told I would get a call back to set up a delivery date. After two days I had to call them for a delivery date. I was told I was going to get my furniture on a certain day between certain hours. As expected, it didn’t arrive. Then I was told it would be delivered Later that day by a certain hour. 15 minutes before it was to be delivered I received a call and said my furniture was not in!
