Regal Stockton Holiday — Attraction in Stockton

Movie theatre is a little outdated but it gives you the service that is needed to be done - To watch the new movies coming out. We been here plenty of times..typically we go in midday early afternoon, and sometimes you have it all to yourself. The customer service is always good and they are nice about it. I'd like to give an extra star to the manager- every time we go, we see him, or he is even helping out the customers. We had a small issue nothing to do the with the venue itself but with disrespectful customers and that can happen anywhere. The manager Shuelong was seen trying to manage the problem. We decided to leave and he was very apologetic and understanding. That is great leadership!! and I would come back. I saw some reviews in regards to pricing-- pricing is fair: you're going to the movies with inflation, all prices go up. Disrespectful- loud people-- it happens anywhere--go earlier in the day Seats-- yeah there outdated but it does the job -- the next best thing is...

Went here to see Black Panther since it's the closest place still running it. Told theater staff multiple times the film was blurry and had a double image. Theater staff said they asked and the machine operator didn't see it. All the subtitled text you could clearly see a double image. It was awful. Took photos. Still insisted it was fine.

Seats don't recline, don't offer beer and wine like most these days. For unhelpful staff not fixing the movies and telling me the clearly blurry film isn't blurry it isn't worth it. Rather drive further for better facilities and films in that are actually in focus. If there were other theaters offering the movie and it wasn't too late at night to find a different theater...

I came to see Spiderman No Way Home a week ago with my wife. I like this movie theater even though it is kind of small and not as flashy as others, but is more "homie," plus I really like the old standard seats they have instead of the new couch looking seats. It's the first time in a while we go out due to the pandemic. As we walk in, there are a lot of posters and props for the new movie. Employee scans our online tickets, and we are directed to go buy popcorn. The lady helping us was so nice; she even told us how to get the most out of our points on the Regal App when we buying snacks and drinks.
