I had an awful experience at this Ulta I came in tonight right before closing with my best friend and purchased two eyeliners which came out to the price of 15.77 I paid with $100 bill my cashier was JAZMIN she told me my change that she was giving me was 84 and as soon as I walked out of Ulta to count my change I noticed I was $40 short when I went in and there was a middle-aged bald man working look to have been the manager who was rude from the start following me my best friend around the store and as we tested a product we removed it from our fingers using a tissue and set it down for one second at the area we were at by the mere planning on throwing it away but we're finished testing out the tester product when he told us make sure to throw away your trash Ladies as if we were 10 years old and I responded with yes I was planning on to throw it away and he just said oh and walked off rudely not even trying to apologize for his rude assumption then with the money situation I came back in and it was him at the cashier I tell him she gave me the wrong change she looked at me and said she did not remember even though I was her last customer he tried to tell me there would be a process and that he would have to check the cameras which I don't understand because I stepped out of the store for literally a second and I was her last customer and I paid with a hundred he said over and over it's a process and I asked him to please get the process going and and he tells me to calm down even though I did not raise my voice whatsoever and I told him sir you need to get my money or I will have to call law enforcement to get my money and he was very rude continue to tell me to calm down was treating me like he was not even working there I am a 18 year old girl and he is a grown man and he was speaking to me as if I was a literate I told him he was being very rude and he gave me back my money and try to tell me that I didn't need to shop here I told him no worry of that I will never go back to this Ulta again don't understand why I was treated badly for their mistake LOL no customer service whatsoever and so...

I can spend my money anywhere & choose to never spend it your store again. Today I went in the middle of the day and in the middle of the week and I still waited 15 min., was pressured to join the rewards club and was NOT thanked after paying for my purchase! Meanwhile I saw at least 2 employees standing in the very front doing nothing instead of jumping on the registers to help. Unfortunately this was my same experience the last 2 visits prior as well, except that the last 2 visits I actually waited even longer in line. I called the manager after I had left & was told that if the cashier said, "of course" then that is the same as thank you. NO, it is not the same. She also said that they have to have a greeter on the floor...ok, maybe 1 greeeter but 2 in the front PLUS the people roaming the foor? Iāve only been in a ulta like 2 times before that. I went in and got some skin care and at the register the lady asked for my phone number. I said I donāt have one and I wouldnāt like to sign up for rewards because I never shop here. She then asked if I knew anyone else phone number and I said no again because I honestly donāt know. Well after I said that the cashier had a very nasty attitude. She pauses and stares with a rude look like she was mad at me for declining to sign up ! She shook her head and said āokay well it looks like you wonāt be getting a birthday giftā and that did it for me.
