B & B Cigar — Attraction in Stratford

So I’ve been going there for years and they usually have some great customer service. Brandon is awesome. Jeremy, on the other hand is always in some kind of mood. He’s lied several times about having a vape juice there. He told me they stopped getting them and then I went there and they literally had 5 hidden that someone found for me and I bought all 5 of them. I just called and asked if they had the vape juice in stock again and he told me the company (Vape Daugz) stopped making them. Which I literally just ordered from them online and spoke to Holly herself. (Vape Daugz Dline #1 and #2.) They haven’t discontinued them. I only called because I needed 1 bottle to hold me over. I called Billows and Blaze to get a bottle and he knew it was me and was very rude and I told him they still make them and he said, “I’m not doing this with you Brandon,” and hung up the phone right in my face. I’m 40 years old I am a man and have zero tolerance for men who act like toddlers. Unacceptable. This pic below proves Jeremy lied to me. This isn’t the first time. Numerous times he told me they were out of stock and I would always go when he wasn’t working and they were surely in stock but hidden only to be found by other employees there. One time I called and Jeremy gave me an attitude and said he hasn’t had them in weeks and I go there around 4 pm and there were literally 5 bottles of vape juice and so I bought all 5. It was my first time trying this shop. Friendly workers and I bought disposable vapes that were priced well. I buy the same brand and count of puffs all the time and so one usually last me two weeks. For some reason one only lasted me 4 days? I know well enough that I dont smoke constantly to have it die out by the 4th day so it is weird with a 2500 puff count. I hope these aren’t fake and I know shops let you smoke your disposable just in case it works and you can exchange. I just would not know it would die this quick. I’m not sure if this brand they have which are Esco Bars are fake. But I will go back one more time once the rest I have are finished (and hopefully last longer) to see if maybe the next ones I buy are good.

I was initially already kinda iffy because I first opened one, the hit wasn’t as strong as it usually was. So I don’t know. But I have high hopes because this place is well reviewed. Fingers crossed the next purchase is well.

Update: I just came to update as I wrote this review the night of the 12th. It is the 13th now. I have opened up my 2nd vape and it has died on me in a hour. Have never experienced this in about the 5 years I’ve been smoking. Extremely disappointed, I thought the first one could have been a fluke. But it seems like now it may be common. I am on the 3rd and last one I bought from this shop and will update when it will die. Let me reiterate that it takes me 2 weeks to finish just one. For it to die in a hour after me opening...

Just speaking from my personal experience. I went there to get coils for a vape i bought there for 79$ a few months before. I counted on the young lady to know her products. She had no idea, and said we would have to play it by trying a couple different sizes. We tried 3 sizes, none of which fit, and my tank leaked dry each time. There was no size anywhere in the store that properly fit my tank. She told me i needed a new tank AND coils. I told her i couldn't afford all that, but she kept opening the packages very fast and putting them up on the counter. She stated I now had to pay for the entire packages (3) of the coils she insisted beforehand would work. They didn't work. And a tank i had no reason for. I walked out of that store with 3 packages of useless coils, totaling 48$, and a useless tank for another 19$. Roughly 73$ in useless materials. Very snotty the whole time. I'm so unhappy, that i will no longer go there for my 162$ pkg of ACID cigars. And sure enough never for vape materials. Totally ignorant of their merchandise and plainly ripped me off. I'm completely shocked at the service i got there the other day. And plan on returning to speak to the owner, since i have the their sale on video. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. THEY'RE NOT USER FRIENDLY OF ANY MATERIALS THEY SELL FOR VAPING, OR FOR CIGARS. AND THE PRICES...
