People are friendly here. No complaints there.

I give it 5 stars when picking up preloaded trailers on weekends when they're closed. Easy in and easy out.

I give it 1 star for delivering roll stock. There were only 2 trucks ahead of me when I got here. I wasn't late for my appointment or early. I got here 15 minutes prior to. I've been here now 2hrs 20mins. I am next to get into dock to get unloaded. I really don't understand how it takes so blasted long to unload paper rolls. Everywhere else I've gone gets it done in less than 20 minutes. This place is tiny. There is absolutely no reason for this.

So let me get this right. After docking, chocking wheels, unhooking break lines, and getting back into my secure truck, then you want me to get out and walk across a dock area with moving trucks and tow motors to enter a building. AND THEN, everyone in the building has protective eyes and ears on. But the driver sits inside this HOT and dirty building without eye protection, ear protection, and endures the heat and Canada wildfire smoke. Safety...

Went here to pick up a load headed to Kentucky. Sign for my paperwork went to look for my trailer. Lo and behold I found it two and a half inches from the other trailer. I can't even lower this down.
