Ok, so I really don't like being "that customer" but I think I have to today. I frequent our Streetsboro Starbucks on the average of 5-6 times a week for an afternoon coffee fix. (I could make coffee at home but we like the variety of drinks we get at the brick and mortars.) Yesterday, we decide to order online. I went through the drive thru to pick it up and it was all good until I realized that my Blonde latte was actually a Vanilla Blonde and was pretty sweet. Ok, chalk it up to someone getting confused. (By the way, the label was correct). Move on to today. We place another order online but this time, I go inside. I go to the pick up area and there sits my hot Macchiato and a Frapp alongside an empty cup for my Blonde Latte. Several people make eye contact but nothing is said. I wait as other people pick up their in house beverages...still no one speaks to me. There was a lady working on the espresso machine so when she starts to put it back together, I comment that I am waiting on my latte. She smiles and continues working. Then she gets on her phone. 10 minutes have passed since I walked up to the counter. My Frappe whip is melting and my Macchiato, without a stick plug, is quickly cooling off. STILL no one says anything. The manager walks out and the lady says the espressdo machine is calibrated. He acknowledges and she informs him that I am waiting on my latte. He looks at the receipts and walks away. 12 minutes have passed when finally the young lady working the counter asks if something is wrong. I hand her the empty cup telling her it was for the rest of my online order. She apologized and quickly starts making my drink. I didn't speak to the manager; I was too upset. Tomorrow I am going...
Read moreI’ve been to many Starbucks locations and usually have a great experience, but unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet the standard I’m used to.
We went through the drive-through, and while the customer service was friendly and professional, my drink was a big letdown. I ordered my usual Iced Matcha Latte, which I get all the time, and it took noticeably longer than usual to make. When I finally got it, the drink was the worst I’ve had from any Starbucks.
After just a few sips, I could tell something was off—it was extremely watered down and tasted like cold milk with barely any matcha. The color was a very light green, which made me think they didn’t use enough matcha powder. I couldn’t even finish it because it lacked flavor entirely.
I appreciate the service, but I hope this location pays more attention to the drink prep quality in the future.
We went back and asked for a replacement, and the second Matcha Latte was much better—richer in color and taste. I appreciate the staff for remaking it without hesitation. Just hope for more...
Read moreWent to this location three times before going to the Nissan Dealership across the street. Not sure what the problem is but almost every time I've went there was an issue. The first time I went the coffee was cold. I asked for a little cream but that shouldn't make a Grande coffee cold. I had to ask the guys at the dealership to take my coffee to their break room to microwave it. The second time was fine. The third time, this past weekend, the coffee was cold again. Should I say a splash of cream instead of a little cream. Also, I ordered a sausage sandwich and found out after they don't offer any jelly or other condiments (which is more of a Corporate issue). I spent $3.75 for a dry microwaved sausage sandwich. I will likely start going to the other establishments along that stretch of road. There, I'll get condiments, hot coffee, and it...
