We were "ushered" through the process by Aren, a pleasant and well informed sales person, no pressure, enjoyable. One suggestion: We decided to buy and finance, and when using the small ipad to enter information, found it to be confusing, not the fault of the system, but for two "golden agers" who are not good with ipads.
