Ordered online 10/24. My husband picked up our food at 9:15. He works in Streetsboro, and has to drive 45 minutes home. After he arrived home, I examined my food. The first thing I noticed was that my SALAD had steak on it when I had ordered chicken, no big deal. But as I started getting a closer look, I came to realize that’s 1) this wasn’t a salad at all, there was NO lettuce and 2) none of the ingredients I asked for except guacamole, cheese and corn salsa, were correct. We called in. First we spoke to Brian, who then sent me to the “manager” CJ or DJ, still unsure. He said that he thought my bowl was mixed up with someone in line and that’s why my order was probably wrong. I was told he couldn’t refund us for an online order but he could “put us in his book” for the next time we come in to order. This was at 10:15pm. He also proceeded to tell me that they no longer were serving food due to them being closed or they would remake it... he repeated this 2 times in our conversation. I explained to him that we live 45 minutes away and that wouldn’t be an option anyways. I also expressed to him why I was so upset. I have diabetes and the bowl I was given was literally ALL RICE. There was a reason I ordered a SALAD with a small amount of brown rice. I had to throw the bowl away. My husband proceeded to eat his, and at the time I spoke to the manager we didn’t inspect his bowl due to it being covered in sour cream. His bowl, was completely wrong as well. We finally figured out the problem. Whoever put our order together did not pay attention or is dyslexic because my husband got a salad with chicken, and black beans and the other ingredients I asked for, and then they covered it in sour cream which I don’t eat. I had his bowl, which had rice/steak/ but they covered it in guacamole which he does eat. Our order was over $20 and we had to throw it in the trash. What a waste. Read moreI rarely ever give bad 1 star reviews because I try to find the positive in everything, but this was the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The cleanliness was lacking in the food station. We arrived at 8pm for dinner, and it seemed like they had nothing ready. I ordered a burrito bowl with barbacoa but there was barely any left. I thought there was more available but the server just started fishing for any pieces he could find in the broth. I decided to add steak (which was overcooked or cooked a while ago) because there clearly wasn't any barbacoa. They were also out of the pastor chicken. The food station was an absolute mess. Drippings of food all over the place. There was rice in the beans, beans in the meats, chicken pieces in the steak, corn in the sour cream, and all the salsas over the counters. Very unappealing. Decided to just eat here because we were tired from traveling all day and were staying at a hotel nearby so just wanted to eat and get some rest. Wouldn't recommend this location at all. I usually go to Chipotle very often, but this one was the worst I've ever seen. Read moreWe have ordered delivery from their website twice, once this past Friday once about six months ago. Both times the same thing has happened they tell us about 30-40 minutes and an hour later we call to find out where our food is. The first time they said it was picked up and doordash delivered it which never happened so they remade it for us no problem. This time they said it was picked up doordash said it wasn't they charged us for it eventhough doordash canceled the order. When we drove there to find out what the issue was they first told us they hadn't received our order then somehow found it. While they did remake it for us the ingredients were not good. The meat was cold the lettuce was warm and the rice was undercooked. When we tried to call any number for them we just get a runaround with the automated system and never speak to an actual person.
