If I could leave no stars, I definitely would. My husband and I are platinum members with choice hotels and my husband is also a navy vet. The woman whom I presume is the “manager” was not only rude and disrespectful, they called and berated us 3 days in a row about his service dog that was not staying at the hotel. The “manager” as well came to our room last night yelling at us about a candle and told my husband to give her our candles because, “she’s confiscating them”. And then proceeded to yell at him telling him to close our window… Today, one of the front desk workers keyed our room and walked in when I was half naked still asleep! Then when my husband came back, told us they don’t want to renew our reservations and we need to leave. When asked why, it was over the candles she confiscated last night. We have been staying here for some time now waiting for our house to close and have been clean, quiet and respectful. They have been absolutely rude and irritating through our whole stay. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I’ve also never seen a hotel that doesn’t have a hair dryer, iron or coffee maker in the room. On top of it all, the bathtub in our room didn’t even drain and they were told about it and never fixed it. The stick down floor tiles were all peeling up and breaking and we kindly fixed those as we respect where we stay and had the ability to fix it. They also bribe guests to write good reviews because, they had issues with bed bugs and are horrible to their guests. They offer no breakfast, their ice and vending machines are broken. They complain about candles, yet have incense burners all over the hallways, and all you smell through the hallways is the food their culture makes and albeit good food, the smell is disgusting. And when we were leaving we spoke to another guest who has been their long term and is also a veteran, marines, and they threatened to throw him and his family out because the hall smelled liked smoke. Their room is on the first floor right near the side exit to go out and smoke… This hotel has a significant amount of violations both health and safety. I would suggest not staying here for any reason. Especially considering their disrespect...
Read moreThey tried giving us different rooms than we booked. Than the rooms had no Towels and the lady gave us 3 towels for 4 rooms for 10+ people. Despite saying we needed 6. They tried saying we didn't disclose we had dogs and tried to charge us a extra $50 fee all though we called before hand and booked everything saying we were bringing our dogs. My room had no fridge and the tv was broken and tilting to the side. The sheets had weird stains. Ceiling had a gross looking water mark. The walls are thin. 3 am you could hear people having intercourse. I politely called for the front desk to ask them to quiet them. He said he would ring them and he lied about it. Went down to the front desk and complained and he actually called them that time. Called again and he gave us a different room. This room had towels but they smelled like stale crackers. The TV remote doesn't work. The batteries were put in wrong. Other rooms had a ripped shower curtain and a table with no chairs to sit at. The cleaning people knocked on my door and when I opened it they came into my room despite me saying I didn't need them in here. Sinks have toothpaste residue around them. If your shower has a door and not a curtain then it has weird soap residue on the outside. Trash can was cracked. The pillow cases didnt fit the pillows.. The rest of our party came around 6 am and the guy wasn't at the front desk nor answered the front desk phone. This place just sucks. I hate I drove 10 hours to hardly sleep in this place. Oh and people smoke in the non smoking rooms and in the building. he was going to give my mother a king room despite it being a not pet friendly room. Be careful if you are allergic. I only have pictures of the room...
Read moreWe arrived to check in with a police officer walking around the parking lot. While we walked in to the building 2 more officers arrived. While checking in with the slow computer I asked why the police were there, the polite clerk and best part of the hotel, said there a party and other patrons were complaining about the noise. We got to our room and the air conditioning cover was off sitting on the floor, the smoke detector was sitting on top of that across the room from where it should have been. No towels in the bathroom, the chair was broke, luckily we noticed before someone sat in it, could have been hurt. The fridge didn't keep things cold. The door latch didn't close properly. The toilet ran for about 5 seconds every ten to fifteen minutes. The security door at the opposite end of the building from the main entrance wasn't even closed properly when we came back at 1130 the second night. Hallway smelled like smoke. Unbeilivable. Not even worth the low price we paid. The best part of the room was the air conditioning worked well. The best part of the hotel was the friendly 2nd shift desk clerk. Will not...
