Target — Attraction in Streetsboro

Every time my family and I shop at the Streetsboro Target (which is very regularly), we are always pleasantly welcomed and greeted by Lynn, who always goes out of her way to help not only us, but everyone who comes to this Target. She does practically everything at this store location- she provides exceptional service with a smile every time we go there, and if there’s something we need that we can’t find, she is there to help us get what we need. She’s even quick to jump in and help at the drive-up pickup quite frequently, even though I am quite certain that she is a manager or a supervisor. She does everything, and she has to be the hardest working, most knowledgable person at this store location. She can often be found helping out at the self-service registers, too, and all throughout the store. Kudos to Lynn for being such a great asset to Target. I drive out of my way to come to this location, because the service, the availability of items, the cleanliness and organization of this store, and Lynn, are top-notch.

I would also like to give equal recognition to Angela, who is my four year old nephew’s most favorite employee to see at this Target location. Angela is always helping out at the drive up pickup area, and she is always friendly, smiling, and extremely helpful. She is also very hard-working, and is quick to jump in, and help out.

I was treated like a thief when trying to return Nintendo games. I had a receipt and they could have easily looked up the transaction on my Red card. After reluctantly crediting my Red Card she I believe her name was Stefanie [long blond hair} instructed security to follow me around the store! After managing multiple retail locations and owning my own flooring steer chain I know when security is instructed to follow someone. I own 2 Porsches and a Mercedes SUV, live in Hudson Ohio, Not a thief! I told Stephanie on the way out I didn't appreciate the way I was treated. She called Security to the customer service desk while I was there and when I left Security was right behind me. She of course denied asking security to follow me. I told her I had bought 60 to 90 switch games for my 5 grandchildren and some weren't going to make the cut with there parents so expect more returns, all unopened all transactions showing on my Red Card. I was interested in a Hasbro Star Wars Obi Wan Kenobi Clone Wars action figure but you didn't have it. You never have them. When collectors hear that Hasbro is releasing a new figure as a Target exclusive, we sigh and realize we're going to have to pay a scalper if we want the figure. Your supply chain management and distribution of Hasbro Marvel Legends and Star Wars figures is terrible.

I was also interested in an outdoor fire table but it didn't have a price on it. It had a sign on it that said it was 50% off, but there was no way to tell 50% off of what.
