Crossroads Mall of the Poconos — Attraction in Stroud Township

Went to Lowe's. For a gigantic hardware store, they are missing a LOT of things. Or out of stock. I'm constantly looking for specific nuts and bolts, and they are out of stock (been like this since early August to now, early October 2020) Also, if staff see you, then tend to walk the other way so you don't stop them and ask a question. Finally, if you're returning something, make sure the place isn't too crowded. About three weeks ago I waited over 90 minutes in a line of less than 8 individuals (including me). There were two cashier's, one seemed to also be taking care of online...

Love to shop here for birthdays, back to school, and especially christmas. When they have sales it is an awesome time to shop there. Have never once had to deal with rude employees, which in this day and age is a pleasant surprise. Lost my keys in one of the stores here on a late shopping trip. The associates helped to scour the stores to find them. They were polite and extremely helpful which turned a bad incident on my part into a pleasant trip on thier part. That is customer centric. Hit or miss for what's on sale. Sales are not always sales and are just there to get you in the store. Some stores alwsys have something good on sale, like Timberland, Reebok, cooking gadgets, Corning, New Balance, and Bass. The advertised sale may not be great, but they may have 50% off on an unadvertised sale.

Weekends are usually the most crowded and have busfulls of shoppers arriving! If you can, shop early weekdays or evenings...
