I called a couple of weeks ago to ask about getting an old smart watch battery replaced. The man who answered seemed preoccupied and disinterested in hearing what I was asking for and the model information i was giving him. He told me they could do the repair, gave me the estimated price I asked for and told me to make an appointment online.

So fast forward to today, I finally decide to make an appointment online and go. Well, as it turns out, they can't do the repair because the model is too old. I should have called a second time before driving over to make sure again.

On a positive note though, the staff in store was great and on top of their stuff. Friendly greetings and clear communication and explanations while working with you. Their check in system in place for appointments was efficient and the man who helped me today was very helpful. He explained why they couldn't do the repair, which made total sense and gave me good advice on other places that might could help me out with my watch.

I'd come here again for sure, but I'd triple check that they fully researched what I was bringing to them before making the drive and waiting in line.

5 stars for the people working today. 2 stars for the guy on the phone a couple weeks ago. So, 3 stars is where we're at...
