I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The staff was TERRIBLE. I booked my sons birthday party 10 days in advanced and went over the complete itinerary (bowling would be about 45 minutes, we do cake then laser tag around 5:30). We get there and someone else is bowling in our lanes so we had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish. We finally start bowling and a HUGE party walks in and delays our pizzas we ordered when we first started about 15 minutes. When we finish bowling and cake around 5:30 the guy at the front tells my husband and I it will be another 30-45 minutes of wait time to laser tag and we had “just sit and wait.” I explained to him with 11 kids there that was unacceptable and he proceeded to give me 2 bowling lanes at no charge after I refused to accepted a voucher for us to come back. It seemed like such an inconvenience for him. Around 5:45 he tried to tell me it would be another 30 minutes and at this same time, an off duty employee (older woman) starts yelling at my kids of which I had to confront her to stop yelling at them and she needed to speak with the parents. She then proceeded that she would kick me out “right now.” She has no right yelling at my guest and kids that they couldn’t use the assistant bowling slide for the smaller kids. Ironically at this same time the guy at the front desk told us it was our time for laser tag. This whole experience was unorganized and unacceptable. Because we were a “small” party group, we kept being pushed back. We treated very poorly and I wasn’t I started making a sense did anything get done. Do not ever waste your time on having a party at this place. It is...
Read moreProbably one of the better entertainment places out there. It's not very crowded, which is a huge plus, the arcade machines don't actively hurt my hearing because or how loud they are, unlike places like Main Event or Round One. Their prices are also pretty good. It may look a bit dingy on the outside, but on the inside it's actually really well kept. Even though they are limited to half capacity due to Covid, we didn't have to wait long to get a turn on the bowling alley. The bowling itself is pretty good, as well. You can't activate the rails for the gutter with the machine though, you need to ask an employee. Speaking of staff, they probably need another employee or two, when we entered, we didn't see a staff member for about three minutes. Also, do not play the game where you stack the blocks on each other, though, the machine is broken, amd wont give you a prize. (The game itself is fully functional, however, so if you just want to play for fun, go on ahead.) All other arcade games seem to work just fine. Overall a pretty nice place, I think I can call it...
Read moreStaff was nice but unfortunately the service definitely needs help. I'm giving 3 stars because I'm assuming the staff did try and they were nice and apologetic. Well the 2 young people were pretty nice. And I was in good company with my date. We played 3 games. And ordered a pizza. The pizza took about an hour and and after asking about it twice when it came it was just sitting at a different table getting cold no one told us it was our pizza and it was cold and poorly made . Barely no sauce, bubbles in the dough and not really edible and we were already in our last game. What you see is all we ate and the pizza was 18$ !!!! We had to wait awhile to bowl because there was a l League which was okay because we did axe throwing and played pool too. Also they kept having to rest the pins not really a big deal but just wanted to add that. It's more about the pizza and how we were rushed out by the next players before we could even finish clearing up our table. I would come back and try again but not...
