Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

Enjoyed the food! Very courteous cashier named Karli who did our special pizza order did her best to make sure our meal was good and made it right when it didn't get there in time. Kudos to her! However, consider changing your hours to reflect the actual closing time especially on Google. I understand that we came in close to closing. Instead of the Manager or line cook vocally expressing his disdain and running his mouth for those still setting not aware of the actual closing time. He could've easily walked over to our table and asked us if he could clean our table or simply said it was closing time. We would've left with no problem. Most of my family won't be back now. Given the circumstances, I don't think the behavior was warranted. I work in the sales and service industry. I understand how closing can be with customers but this is first time I've had a manager vocally express loud enough that the dining room patrons can hear it that they were closing. When again he...

We’ve been there twice this past week with our grandchildren. Both times were around 5:15-5:30. We were pretty much the only people there.

The buffet was in sad shape. The salad was warm, and what there was of the pizza was cold. Most of the bar was just empty.

The worst part was that the restaurant was filthy. There was food piled under all the tables. I didn’t see any dishes left out on the tables, so that was good, but they hadn’t been cleaned. We wiped ours down with a paper towel. There was only one customer besides us and plenty of employees who looked bored and were milling around. It seems to me they could have been sweeping up the trash and food off the floors.

We usually visit Pizza Inn quite frequently and have never run into this problem before. I don’t know if it’s new ownership, new management or new employees, I think I’ll just stick to the drive thru...

Let me say by I really liked Sulphur Springs Pizza Inn, BUT I was heading home in Winnsboro and decided to order from Winnsboro pizza inn. I placed order online and after submitting saw it went to Sulphur Springs Pizza Inn. as order states called asap to cancel to find out they can't cancel. Explained my delimma was told to call Winnsboro, they stated they can't cancel a Sulphur Springs order, called Sulphur Springs they stayed again they can't cancel. Advised credit card was charged was told they have no control over that. So during a thunderstorm ordered another pizza from Winnsboro pizza inn via phone, because it was a special occasion my grandson was visiting. So word of warning when ordering online make sure it is for the pizza inn you are at not 30 miles away. If it would let me I would upload order stating...
