I made an online order yesterday to pick up in store. I waited until estimated time of pick up and stopped by to do a pick up. I was informed that they didn’t have any orders ready for pick up and she didn’t know when it would be available because they are very busy with tax free weekend. She asked me to check for an email when it is ready for pick up. Well fast forward to the next day I still haven’t heard back and no email so I go to my target app where it informs me that it’s no longer in stock and it would be shipped. I look and the shipping address that they used is an old address, not my current one. I called the store they didn’t have anyway of looking into the order. I called the cooperate # who also tells me that there’s nothing that they can do for this once it’s in preparation to ship mode. I never asked for it to be shipped to me. I would’ve canceled and looked elsewhere. I asked them to cancel the order or to change the shipping address and they tell me they can’t do this. They cannot return my money or change the delivery address on this order. She suggested I return it once I recieved it. I again tell her to look at my account. My last 4 orders have been sent to the correct address. Why would you send something to an old address and then offer zero help in reconciliation on my products other than there is nothing we can do for you and now I’m out of money unless I can get to that old address and find the product when it’s delivered (in 4 days) and return it. This is terrible business. They could have just let me know in store that it wasn’t in stock and all of this could have been avoided and I wouldn’t be out of the money and the product. Read moreNick that works at the Star Bucks there is a total jerk. Very sarcastic and condescending, then he’s training a new employee who would potentially disrespect customers the same. This is my second encounter with him. The first time the associate made my drink incorrectly twice and that was ok as long as he would’ve eventually get it right however, he try to conceal the whip cream with the frappe mixture, when I cleared stipulated that I didn’t want any. I attempted to explain what happened to Nick as he was the manager I was directed to. Instead of listening to me he made it seemed in front of other customers as if I was the problem. I reported the incident to a store manager and she got it resolved for me. Yesterday 7/9/2024 I went in order my usual custom Caramel Ribbon crunch without whip cream, lightly lined the cup, and add a shot. The cashier was confused on how to write it on the cup to assure they want add to much caramel so another employee assisted her. She said I just wanted to be sure because every one likes it different. Nick comes up as I stood waiting for her to complete my order and said “and it’s not always practical” I didn’t say anything asI didn’t have time to address it appropriately. With that being said, she badly wants a popular toy that is next to impossible to find in stock anywhere or online right now. I decided on a whim to try this particular Target location. Of course I saw the toy was out of stock. So before I left I took a shot and asked one of the staff if there was anything I could do to reserve the toy when they got it in. He said no but was going to check on something after checking his stock online. After awhile of waiting, two young ladies approached me and asked if I’ve been helped. I explained to them the situation. One of them whom I wish I got her name. But she was a very attractive girl with Mickey ears on checked their app as well and found that they just had some of the toys I was like for that just got shipped in. However they have not gone through the pallets yet. She told me to hang on. She went through the shipments and found an unmarked box with the toy I was looking for and brought it to me. She had such a bright smile on her face. This young woman will never understand just how much her efforts mean to me! She helped me to give my daughter a very happy birthday!
