Henry's Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Summit

I have visited Henrys Fine Jewelry Store on and off for several years, but it wasn’t until my last experience with him that I realized what a jewel I actually found. I inherited a diamond from my aunt who passed away over 10 years ago. When I decided it was time to do something with it, I visited Henry. I had another diamond of my own that I was not wearing. The minute you meet Henry and his staff they make you feel extremely welcome. My goal was to make a ring with my two diamonds. Henry sat with me for over an hour and discussed options. As he sketched, we talked about my vision, my likes and dislikes and what Henry envisioned. He would make changes as we went along and I never felt rushed. Before I knew it, the ring Henry sketched with a pencil came to life. It was more than I could have ever envisioned. Not only was it so unique and so me, it brought a piece of my aunt back to life. I fell in love with his magical drawing immediately. This is not where it ends though. Henry explained the process which took me by surprise. After this drawing, he would create my ring on a computer. When I received a call to come in to view this computerized version there it was, a “live, 3D version” of my ring. Every curve and detail shown from every angle. It was amazing to see. Together we sat, talked about the ring and made a few adjustments. After this meeting it was time for Henry to hand craft his creation. From start to finish this whole process took about a month, it was worth the wait. I received an excited call from one of his employees telling me that my ring was finished. The minute I walked into the store, Henry’s eyes said it all. You never know what the finished product is going to look like, but when Henry tells you it’s more than he could ever have imaged, it’s at that moment when you realize you now have an outstanding, one of a kind masterpiece! And I did! Henry’s Fine Jewelry is more than a jewelry store. It’s a place where you feel secure with your purchase and creations. A place where honesty and sincerity live on. I went in to Henry’s on 2/13/25 with a necklace I had purchased from them possibly 5 years ago. At that time I thought it was the length I wanted but decided it wasn’t after time. It also matches the bracelet that I have worn since the purchase as they were a pair. I happened to remember finally to grab it as I was going uptown for another errand and went in to get it resized and add a cross. I purchased a new cross they had on display and they could’ve done the job while I waited if I had the time so we agreed for Saturday which worked for both parties. To my surprise I received a text the job was finished within a couple hours and my wife and I were having dinner uptown so we stopped in after to grab my newly sized chain and cross. I’ve used an old family jeweler for years and they used to take care of everything but Henry’s tops any work I’ve had done by them ever. They are very nice at the store and I’m sure could resolve many jewelry issues that we all have in quick time. They have me as a lifetime customer. The chain is perfect and I love it plus it’ll never leave my neck. I also perused the displays as I’m looking for another diamond ring for my wife which she knows nothing about at this time. They were able to size her tiny finger and not raise any suspicion of the purchase that’s coming soon. These guys are pros and the prices I saw for diamonds and other jewelry there is more than fair. Anyone looking for an engagement ring or doesn’t know much about buying jewelry would do well at Henry’s. This isn’t some rip off joint and will not pressure you into buying anythibg that doesn’t make you happy. Give them a shot and I think you’ll be real happy you did. Plus your wife or significant other will thank you in the way you want! lol. Great business....

I came across Henry's via the Simon G site jewelers list. I had decided on the setting I wanted for an engagement ring and had yet to decide on a stone.

I initially called with a bunch of general questions and they Wendy was extremely patient and thorough in walking me through everything.

Based on my setting and budget they gathered some stones and we made an appointment for me to come by and see them in person.

The stone they recommended was absolutely amazing and we moved ahead with the order.

In the meantime I brought in a pair of earrings to be repaired (the post broke off one of them) and they did fantastic work with them as well.

Wendy and Natalia also helped me get my fiancé's (she said yes!) ring sizes when we came to pick up the earrings.

The ring took a few weeks to come in and be set and the end result was stunning.

We came back in to look at wedding bands and they were again super patient and helpful going over the options (including custom design if we don't find exactly what we are looking for).

Henry was also able to fix a bracelet that we brought with us that was a delicate and uncertain repair.

All in all I'm extremely grateful to them for their advice and service and would recommend them to anyone who needs jewelry or repairs as they take great pride...
