I went in to this store to exchange 3 shirts (for a smaller size)given as gifts. The person who gave them to me had ripped the price portion of the tag off but most of the tag was intact. I had to search for someone to point me in the direction of the shirts the same as my gifts. I went to the counter and was told that they couldnât take the shirts back because the tag wasnât intact. They couldnât find a profile for the gift giver so basically they told me unless said person still had a receipt there was nothing they could do. For as expensive as these clothes are and the fact that it was a gift and I only wanted a like exchange, they could not have been any less helpful!!! The manager of this store should better educate their employees on good customer service. I would have given 1 star but the youngsters that tried to help me were at least polite and pleasant (hence 2 stars), but still unhelpful...
