Jewelry World — Attraction in Sumter

First of all, they call themselves "May's Jewelry" in Sumter Mall. Directly across from the respectable "Kay's Jewelry". That being said, I myself have a distinct familiarity of, as well as practice the art of a true bench jeweler and know noble metals more than the average "Joe". Very bad customer service. I purchased a necklace, it pop, payed to get repaired and it was not repaired as promised. The lady with dark hair and mark on the right cheek had the nastiest attitude and thought she was going to yell at me. I don't care if you agree or disagree with a customer you never give attitude or yell at them. All she wanted to keep saying is that it's jewelry it's going to break. I’ve been shopping here a while. Seems like people are mad that they don’t get $20k for a $600 piece. These people definitely is not racist.
