Hima Vallabhaneni has terrible service and should not be working for BOA. I walked in to set up an appointment for a loan and was met with a stoic face and no greeting when she was supposed to be the person at the door. She rudely told me it would be a 40 min wait then finished her sentence with “have a seat”before I could say anything. I told her I’ll be back in 40 min because I do not wish to wait inside. I came back 40 min later for her to tell me it will be another 10 min and to “have a seat”. I told her again I’ll be back in 10 min and walked outside, there is still a pandemic going on why would I sit inside? After 10 min passed I walked back in for her to tell me that I can do it online and that no one at the bank could help me. I declined because I’ve already attempted to sign up online and ran into issues twice. She looked upset and chose not to answer my questions and just told me to “have a seat” again with an authoritative tone. After I declined and asked why she made me wait 1 hour if nothing can be done, she just walked off without saying anything. I don’t know if this is normal teachings from BOA but I’ve never felt this kind of service at a BANK. Wells Fargo wouldnt train such incompetent people. This lady clearly hates her job so it baffles me how she is supposed to be the greeter.
On a side note, try to not say “have a seat” after every sentence, especially if the customer has already told you they don’t want to...
Read moreDo not come to this location for foreign currency transactions.
I came at 12:30 pm today and waited in line for the bank teller, only for the bank teller to tell me that the lady who is responsible for foreign currency transactions is on lunch break and that I have to wait for half an hour before she shows up.
I decided to wait in the lobby area. After about half an hour, another employee comes up to me and tells me that I can wait in a separate line and that the lady will come in a few minutes. I ended up waiting another 20 mins in that separate line and this lady still does not show up.
In addition, they started using her booth since the main line for the bank tellers started becoming too long, so other customers from the main line started cutting in front of me.
Keep in mind it's already 1:30 pm at this point in time and it says on their front door that they close at 2 pm on Saturdays. Absolutely ridiculous they don't have someone working for foreign currency transactions near the end of their closing time!
Never going to this Bank of America...
Read moreI have banked with Bank of America for years, but this was my first truly bad experience at a branch. I came in to get a voided check so I could set up a recurring payment to my Secondary banking account. After explaining what I needed, the teller laughed and said, “What do you need help with?” — even though I had brought documents from my other bank outlining exactly what was required. She didn’t even look at the paperwork. Instead, she called over a supervisor, who turned her back on me, laughed, and walked away without offering any further explanation. The teller then said, “This is all we can do for you today. This has nothing to do with Bank of America,” and told me to go back to my other bank to process the payment. I have no issues with Bank of America as a banking institution, but I have always had issues with this particular branch. I hope other clients receive proper help and have a better experience than I did, because I left feeling truly dismissed and with more questions than...
