terrible... took my phone into this location for repair of a cracked screen, and that's where the trouble started... The store told me they didn't carry the repair parts, but they could order them, and have the phone fixed in 3 to 5 days... I expressed to them that I was from out of state, and how critical it was for me to have the phone repaired promptly... So, 3 days go by, then 5, and still no phone. The employee I inquired with at 5 days was polite, but completely lost. He had to wander around the store and search for the phone for 10 minutes before finding it, and then telling me that it hadn't been fixed yet, because the repair parts had not yet arrived. I asked how much longer, as it had now been longer than their original time quote. It was now Wednesday. He typed on his computer for a few seconds, and told me it would be fixed Thursday or Friday. Great... More waiting. Friday I come back in expecting bad news because of the lackluster performance so far, and that's exactly what I get. Repair parts have still not arrived. Now I'm angry. I ask if they know where the repair parts are, and when they are expected to arrive. The employee says they have no way to contact the parts supplier. WHAT?? What kind of business operates and orders supplies from a supplier, and has no way of knowing if the parts have been shipped, and when they will arrive!!?? I'm sorry... The employee tells me... But we have no way of contacting our parts supplier. They don't even know if the parts have been shipped!! Unbelievable!! I take the phone to another business, ubreakifix, which was recommended to me by several people, and they have the phone fixed promptly, in the time frame they promised... I can't believe this company can stay in business like this... With no way to track repair parts from a supplier!! Below are the before and after photos of my iPad after bringing it here. The screen is now in much worse condition: flickering (though I suppose it’s possible that the flickering magically developed in the 48 hours it was in their possession) and covered in water stains compared to the light stains when I brought it in.When I first arrived, I explicitly asked if they could remove the water from under the screen, and they assured me they could. The next day, they called demanding an additional $99 just to open the iPad and diagnose the issue. Then, they presented me with three options:
Pay another $99 to "clean" it (which clearly didn’t work).
Replace the screen for $500.
Buy a new iPad from them for $700.
Since I only use my iPad for reading sheet music, I reluctantly agreed to the $200 cleaning service. Big mistake. The screen is now worse than before—I would’ve been better off doing nothing or just buying a new iPad outright.
My Biggest Issues: False Promises: If removing the water without replacing the screen was impossible (as they later claimed), they should have told me that upfront, NOT after taking my money and making the problem worse.
Lack of Transparency: They used technical terms when discussing repairs but failed to clearly explain that the screen would still have water stains and develop flickering issues. A simple, honest update would’ve saved me the hassle.
Contradictory Diagnoses: Apple Store confirmed the only damage was water under the screen, no other issues. Yet, this shop claimed there were "multiple problems," which feels like a blatant upsell tactic.
$200 Wasted: The "repair" left my iPad in worse shape than before. Just look at the pictures...
Save your money and your device, go somewhere reputable. This place is a complete scam.

My printer started spitting out error codes and I wanted to do the right thing and try to repair it rather than create more trash, and these guys agreed to take a look. They told me they thought they could fix it, then quoted me a price of 70% of the value of a new printer. I balked a bit and they instantly knocked $20 off, which made me feel like they weren't being terribly honest. Still, I wanted to do the right thing so I went forward.
They called to tell me they repaired it, and when I picked it up they had a test sheet printed out, so maybe they did. When I got it home I was getting the same error codes and never got it to work. I took it back to them and this time they said they couldn't fix it. Raises questions about their first analysis but ok.
They won't refund the cost of not fixing it the first time, which I kind of get because presumably someone spent time, but then they offered to procure me a refurbished printer for $40, taking into account the previous payment. Taking their at their word, I guess they would rather give my refund to whoever supplies refurbished printers than me. Well anyway, now that we were back in the zone of the cost of a new printer, I walked away.
The cherry on top is that after bragging about how they take e-waste and have a service that picks it up, they were not willing to e-waste my printer and I had to come pick it up and dispose of it myself. Whatever.
