Flippo's Sunrise — Attraction in Sunrise

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! So I booked my grand daughter's first birthday party there last Sunday March 5th. The day before I provided the staff with all of my own decorations for the next day. I got to the facility about 3pm on the 5th and the party was due to start at 3:30. Needless to say most of my decorations were still sitting in a bag on the counter in the room. They had most of their decorations up with a mixture of mine which was a Princess theme. I was pissed! The young man Alex came in and help in every way he could. The owner NEVER apologized or anything. One the guest started to arrive checking in for a party is like a circus in the front. They have NO COMPLETE CONTROL over what their doing. In the middle of my party my AWESOME party host Housie ( couldn't pronounce her real name) came and told me that I was at 20 kids and I only booked for 15. I was a bit baffled why the front didn't come and speak to me prior to adding kids onto my party. I went to address the situation with the front and requested the manager. Some young rude girl steps in front of the cashier and tried to clarify why I need to pay. I wish I knew her name I know it started with an A. I pretty much ignored her and this man says I'm the owner so I pulled him to the side and explained how first I had to help put up my own decorations moments prior to my party guest arriving and now no one had the common courtesy to come and tell me that more kids were being added to my party. He said he can take $25 off I was appalled. I was spending over $600 for a party and that's all he could offer then he said $50. I was disgusted and walked away. When I went back to the party I remembered that with the food package I ordered came with Stella beer which never came out. So the little miss wanna be manager walks in and I explain that I didn't get my beer and she nastily says did you pay for it. I told her go check the receipts and I walked away from her and went and told my AWESOME party host Housie! Which she took care of it. Overall the kids enjoyed themselves and between Alex and Housie they made the best of everything they could, but as far as the way the owner Demitri and the rude girl who's name begins with an A goes I WOULD NEVER BOOK NOR ADVISE ANY ONE TO BOOK A PARTY WITH FLIPPOS AGAIN! The owner showed absolutely NO EMPATHY for the situation at all. When you have a customer spending that type of money in your establishment at least try and make sure their needs are met and your staff is more accommodating and not rude and nasty like that one girl! My advice for anyone looking to go there NEVER THROW A...

Great for playing but DO NOT book your party here!!

So i booked a birthday about a month in advance. Went over with someone all the details. I then realized they try to nickle and dime you for everything. That said, we kept the birthday simple and told them i would bring my own goodies bags, they said it was fine. A week before the birthday they said i would owe 75$ to bring my own bags. WTH?! I took multiple attempts to get the "manager" to approve it because of liability. So i guess 75$ removed the liability. Well the birthday came and when i got there it was definitely a simple decoration. So here is why i the two stars. It was a balloon per kid, i had 14 kids, they only put 10. I ordered large pattlers of food to feed 20-25 people but there was only 18 Sandwiches. I told them how can you feed 20-25 people with 18 sandwiches. They said that is how they cut it and try to brush me off. I argued with them all for 20 mins and they finally decided to "make me happy" by bringing the rest of the food i over paid for. Then after party ended, we got kicked out on the dot even though there was no other rooms booked at any other point (yes i know it was only 2 hours, but they can go about it a little better).

The place is great for a single day of kids playing. The food taste pretty good and the play area is great compare to other places. But DO NOT book your party here, you will be better off somewhere else. They will try to over charge you and they will under deliver. If management can figure out how to properly run parties, this will be a 5 star place.

The 2 stars is because it is a fun playground and the slides are pretty cool. The bathrooms are super clean and there are employees in the area, they dont look like they want to be there but i guess they will react if a kid hurt them selves. The review is for the SUSHI YUMMY that is inside of the Flippo's. I came close to 10 PM on Sunday to pick up "Sushi Yummy" to deliver for a customer. It was very confusing as the sign for SHUSHI YUMMY (stating that it was inside) was VERY SMALL and FLIPPO'S was CLOSED. There was nothing on Postmates stating that the restaurant was INSIDE of this closed children's play center.

I ended up passing by this place several times before parking my vehicle and walking around the shopping complex. That is the only way that I was able to notice the relatively small and unassuming sign for POSTMATES, GRUBHUB, UBEREATS and DOORDASH DRIVERS and then the TINY SIGN FOR "SUSHI YUMMY".

This place NEEDS a BETTER, MORE NOTICEABLE SIGN ON THE WINDOW of Flippo's.

I really thought that there was a mistake because the place looked closed (because FLIPPO'S itself WAS CLOSED), but I tried the door anyways and was completely surprised when it opened, because the lights were off for flippo's and it was obvious that the place was closed.

I called out to see if anyonewas there and I walked to the only area that appeared to have the lights on. I had to walk through flippo's (which was closed) to get to this restaurant.

Shockingly, there was someone there behind the foodcourt restaurant counter and he already had the food ready, bagged, stapled and "receipted". I verified the order (which were only pork filled potstickers and sauce) and then he bid me good evening and I left.

I NEVER eat pork but those postickers smelled mouthwatering, which I totally want expecting from this unassuming hidden little foodcourt restaurant.

I'm only giving three stars because I don't really have anything to go off of as I was the only customer there and it was outside of regular business hours, in addition to the difficulty to find this place and the inadequate signage and directions to get to set establishment but factoring in that the food smelled surprisingly...
