I booked online for a sew in and was greeted nicely when I arrived. I was seated on time and Rosy as well as the woman who did a majority of my hair (wash, blow out, and braid down) were overall very kind.
My style came out beautiful but my wash was rough and I felt like the stylist was ripping through my hair. When it came time for the blow out, my hair was smooth, but no heat protectant was used and when I removed the style later at home, I had heat damage and my curl pattern had significantly loosened.
My sew in braid down was secure and the stylist listened to me when I asked to not braid too tight. However, when I took it down at home, it was full of knots and tangles and it took me many hours to take down. Some areas of my tracks were crossed over and sewn to other sections on my head, creating an impossible mess to go through.
When I got to the sew in part, the stylist cut a piece off one of my bundles, I don’t think that should’ve been done without asking if it was okay first or at least letting me know, but that didn’t bother me too much. What bothers me is that when I sat with Rosy to have my hair straightened and wrapped to leave, she had a side conversation with the first stylist and they used hair glue to glue the piece they cut off my tracks earlier, into the middle of the leave out.
I guess they thought that the leave out was too big or something of that nature but no one told me anything and I didn’t notice until the next morning when I unwrapped my hair.
Having a random piece of tracks glued into my hair made my style look messy and when it eventually fell out, it left a mess of wig glue in my hair.
If a mistake is made during styling, that’s okay, things happen, but they should have informed me and let it be my choice on how to deal with it.
Overall, if you want a pretty style, the salon is great, but if you care for the overall health of your hair, and to have work that is done with care, this may not be the salon for you.
I was very excited to come here but my expectations weren’t met and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll...

I walked in trusting a Dominican Salon.. $350 after tips and products that are not for my type of hair and doesn’t work for me.. They left the relaxer for so long, I asked few times and tell them It was burning me.. the pixie haircut was uneven and I pointed that to them before I leave and nothing happen.. .. 2 weeks later my hair stared to fall.. I went back asking for help and they tried to sale me even more pricey products.. I refused and request just a washed and treatment to maintain.. They didn’t like that and the nasty treatment by the owner and her team started.. I was desperately seeking help and waited over 15 minutes, while they all chat with each other.. I got up and left.. Now I have no hair..Horrible Salon, nasty costumer service.. poor hygiene by the employees.. and weak pricey products.. EVOID...

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I have never had an issue with time or getting my hair done in a timely fashion. I have been flying from Iowa just to get my hair styled. I am a travel nurse and Rosy is the only hairstylist by far that has been able to keep my hair looking amazing even after working 13 hour shifts. I am always receiving compliments on my hair.
