I went to the Pembroke Pines location the Monday before Thanksgiving and it was a little crazy. A two hour wait in line even with my preorder.
But SUNRISE is on point! It’s definitely well managed (great job Robin and Kim!). 5 mins in and out to get my preorder. Security guard was a sweetheart. And a lady was standing there to open the door for you. Red carpet service. THIS is why you pay a premium because they take care of you.
Then I came back about 30 mins later to get an emergency second ham and I was in and out in 5 mins. No preorder needed. Mr Jessie, he helped me find the smallest ham that I needed AND he noticed I had points racked up so I paid about half of what I thought!!! THANK YOU JESSIE you the best! I told Mr Jessie “you lucky there’s a counter here protecting you otherwise I would jump over there and hug you” wonderful staff.

Read moreThis location is becoming more and more difficult to order from for catering. We call multiple times to even get someone to answer the phone, half the time, we are then put on hold. They are understaffed and sometimes only leave one person in the store to handle all aspects of operation while others are out delivering and the manager is going to the bank. Also, on several occasions when picking up orders, it's more like a hangout than a business, friends of employees are loitering around and having conversations with the staff. This distracts them to the point they have messed up on our orders a few times and have had to remake the order while we waited. Read moreThe team at Honey Baked Sunrise, FL is very unprofessional. The people there are unremorseful and unempathic with their customer's time and experience. Visited the store four days prior before this morning, and was never told a reservation and preorder was needed. There is nothing on corporate website nor at the physical store location. This has got to be one of the worst experiences before Thanksgiving. I tried calling the corporate number and their representatives were as nonchalant about the situation as the store representative.
