Normally it's not customary for me to complain about an establishment however when you've been singled out and treated like a pariah over an emotional personal vendetta by a employee a microscopic lens needs to be administered. I've been a patron of GF for a number of years they were one of the few establishments that despite CO-VID provided a minor escape while dealing with a pandemic that will forever have an eligible mark on our lives. Since I'm not a "BITTER BILLY" this establishment is vibrant and just my personal oppinion has always had the most amazingly gorgeous women in BROWARD. Then they added one more element the 2-4-1-s which sealed the deal for me. Here is my gripe as a consumer a feel each establishment should foster an energy of welcomecy, IVE HEARD THIS ANTIQUATED CLICHE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. However that rule does not apply depending on the individual. For full transparency I ordered a drink for one of the exotic dancers, since I frequent this location I'm not oblivious that dancers receive a "kick back" for purchasing them a drink. After purchasing a exotic dancer a drink she requested a chaser. Now I'm not a HARVARD GRAD but normally from the knowledge of beverages a chaser is not an alcoholic beverage. However during this transaction I was informed by the bartender who's name is JACKIE that I ordered a LUCKY which unbeknownst to me was another drink. SInce I'm not one to haggle over a price of a drink I discussed the discrepancy with this individual and I was rudely met with an attitude. TRUTHFULLY for full transparency the bill was honored and she did not receive a gratuity additionally this matter was not escalated to management. I've recently went to this location the past 2 days and was advised I would not get served until another bartender arrives at 4pm. My estimate is either JACKIE is either part of ownership for I'm slightly perplexed how an establishment allows an employee to dictate who they choose to serve. In the event you receive the identical treatment at this establishment and energy dont seem dumbfounded since you've gotten an honest insight on the environment.GF if you wonder why your numbers or revenue has dissipated take a hard look on the service being rendered by your employees....
