Not a person that typically like to write a bad review, as I work in customer service myself and I know what it is like to have a busy day. Yesterday, April 8.2025 myself and husband stopped to see about having someone look at our computer, which we had purchase there and have done business with for many years. We rang the doorbell to get inside, was greet and told to wait as someone would be with us shortly. Waited 15 minutes, a worker came out of the back room twice one time to get a glass or water and the next time to get a pizza delivery order and went directly in the back room. He did not even knowledge us either time. So very rude and unprofessional. At this point we left. We went down the street to A Plus Computer. Bruce greeted us and we were helped within 5 minutes. Not only was I able to bail out from my i5S and buying another of Apple's expensive toys but I am now using wireless calling here in the woods as a critical lifeline should I need it. In the 30 minutes he spent with me he delivered more help than hours of phone time with Apple, AT&T and CenturyLink (plus two more hours in two trips to the ATT store on Tower).
