The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace — Attraction in Susquehanna Township

This place uses to be a very nice dining experience mangers we're amazing the service and servers were fantastic. Now the seats in the waiting area are disgusting and cracked and peeling the front is dingy and dirty and no one is really paying attention to the front. We got there and you could see seating but they wouldn't seat us. So we were told it would be a half hour wait. We decided not to wait and order out. So we ordered for 3 with appetizers and were told it would take 20 to 30 mins so I came in around 25 mins later to pick our food. Spoke to a young lady which said it's finishing up and so I waited but about 45 mins later I started getting agitated. And asked for my order and they said they don't know the manger was there and he obviously over looked my order I feel like he did it on purpose so I left very upset. I called the mangers and asked him what happened to my order and this had happened he tried to blame others saying they didn't put the order in even though I saw him working the orders in front of the cooks and he over looked my order! Rather then fixing the issue and offering a resolution he stayed silent so I advised him I would post a review and he didn't offer a solution so I eneded the call. It's very disappointing and shows me this place needs...

Eddie was my salesman. He did an excellent job in taking the time to help me make the switch from iPhone to Android and making sure I received the discounts they where offering at the time. He worked with me within the 14 day time frame they give you after a purchase. The manager Raymon and Kumar other associates where helpful and very pleasant while I waited and transferred information over. While there they where courteous and helpful to other customers as well. I was witness to someone that wanted to make changes on an account but they where not the account holder. The salesmans would not help the person or make any changes to the account because the person was not on the account nor did they have permission or know the vital information. Excellent job to the salesman for protecting the account!! I also was witness to the same thing but over the phone with a different saleman and he did also protected that account as well. Outstanding knowing they protect the accounts as well...

We jokingly refer to this collection of stores as "White People Square", because if you're a middle aged white woman, this plaza has everything you could possibly want. Hokey home decoration stores, a steakhouse, Starbucks, a restaurant where all the food is organic and local... Four stars because despite how painfully generic the place is, it is clean and the parking is laid out well, and the people at Starbucks have always been...
