These guys are EXCELLENT. I needed a wedding band custom made to fit around my uniquely shaped engagement ring, which I had bought elsewhere. I went to 10 +/- different places to get an estimate. JZ told me about $400-600. The place I originally bought the engagement ring told me it would be $600 just to make a mold. I had estimates up to $1800, that would take up to 2 months, and would require so many unnecessary bells and whistles like molds, 3-D images I would have to approve, etc. Eventually went back to JZ to make sure their estimate could truly be that low. I dropped off my engagement ring with them, which they used to shape the band, simply as it should be done. Everything is done right there in the back of their store, so nothing had to be sent out to lengthen the process unnecessarily. It was finished in about a week. When I tried on the rings together, they were a little snug since there were 2 of them now. The jeweler said, "Go ahead and grab some coffee across the street and then come back, and I'll have both rings resized." He did that free of charge even though I hadn't bought the engagement ring there. When I came back he said that one of the small CZs had fallen out and he didn't have any more, so he gave me one real diamond to replace it and didn't charge me for that. True to his word, the final cost was $500, right in the range of his promised estimate. They are quick, honest, straight-forward, trustworthy, true to their word, friendly, laid back, and SO experienced, savvy and knowledgable. You will be intrigued by the exquisite selection of necklaces, bracelets, watches, earrings, diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, citrines, opals, turquoise, and much, much more. If you don't see what you want, just ask because they will most likely be able to get it for you.

Even if you are there to simply buy a battery for your watch, or need your wedding ring cleaned, they will treat you as if you are their most valued client--because you are! They have built their reputation on quality jewelry, superb customer service, and happy clients. For this reason, CZ Jewelers has been my family's go-to jeweler since we moved to Suwanee, GA in 2007.

Look no further if you’re reading this, you’ve found the jeweler you need! After having a bad experience at a chain jewelry store, I decided to go local. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for finding Juan! He is extremely deserving of all these other 5 star reviews. Having gotten recently engaged, I needed to get my ring sized down, and not only down but 2 ½ sizes down!! While Juan said it’s not impossible – it would be a complicated job because it's such a large gap between sizes and the type of band I have potentially posing a problem. He asked if I could leave my ring with him overnight so he could study it. He was upfront about the risks and potential issues yet also very knowledgeable and seemed confident he could figure out a way. I kid you not, I get a phone call the very next day with him saying he was able to resize my ring. I excitedly went to pick the ring up and it is so beautiful. You can’t even tell it’s been resized and it fit my ring finger flawlessly! Ahhh!! He has a customer for life out of me.
