I have ordered 4 sandwiche meals online and went over to this location to pick up my order. I was waiting about 20 minute to pick up since there are huge line of drive thru. When I came back to my home and start unpacking the foods. There is one sandwitch missing and called this location to get it over to my home since they have delivery team. Manager of this location, Wesky Miller, picked up the phone and I told home one of sandwich is missing. He gave me two options that either I pick up the sandwich that is mistimed by them or pick this up the other day when I have a time. I spent around 30 minute going and coming back my house and waited for 29 minutes to pick up the order. I told him I don't want to pick the sandwich from your location since I I already spent 20 minute. Also, I am the only one can drive at my home. So, my sandwich will be cold when I come back to eat after pick up the sandwich. Then he said you can pick the sandwich the other day. Four people are trying to have a dinner with the sandwiches and Wesky wants one person should not have dinner. I asked him you mean one person should not eat? Then he said no, you can come and pick up the sandwich. He is joking with words because I cannot eat the sandwich if I drive there and come back l. I told him that why don't you drive missing sandwich to my home since it is your mistake. He said we don't do that since you order online pick up and that is our policy. He is such a stupid manager. Either way one person cannot eat the sandwich if I visit their store to pick up missing sandwich because my sandwich will be on the table for over 30 minute and trash it or one person is going to be out of sandwich. I told him that I am going to return all of the stuffs that I ordered. He said that is ok. I drove back to restaurant and gave him the foods and get money back of $36.32 and he lost all the materials that he used it for my foods. How could this stupid guy is managing the store if he doesn't know how to manage the money. I think he denied to driver my sandwich to my home because of drivery fee. How much that could be versus lost money on refund and material on the sandwiche meals. I would fire this guy if I am the franchisee for this location. This guy even doesn't know how to do customer service. I started to pick up order at 6:50pm and going and coming back to my house at 8:00pm. I will never eat...
Read moreAs a fan of Chick-Fil-A, I have been to a few locations in and out of the state of Georgia. I even work at one myself. Recently I took a few trips to a few locations for business purposes and decided to dine at the Moore Road location. I usually go to dine first just to see what it is I am working with. I went around twelve in the afternoon which is when it is usually busy. I walked in and it was pretty busy. I stood in line to order and the young man who took my order was quick and efficient. When I repeated my order back to me which most cashiers do not, but should. And I even received my drink right there and then, which was interesting because not all locations do so. After I sat down, not even a minute went by, and I received my food. I ordered a spicy sandwich meal with pepper jack cheese, a side of mac and cheese, and water. I was amazed by the speed in which they brought the food to me given it was pretty busy. I took the sandwich out of the bag and could see a little bit of steam coming out. Which really showed the freshness of the food. I took the first bite and it was in fact pretty hot and the filet was well textured, credits to whoever was breading. The mac and cheese was also in fact for as well. The dining room hostess, Mrs. AJ, was just the sweetest. She made sure I had everything, and checked up on me and everyone often. After I finished eating she offered to take my tray and after she did she gave me a mint. Out of the many Chick-Fil-As I have been to, none have come close to this level of hospitality. Mind you Mrs. AJ is eighty-six years of age. but she moves around like she has not aged past thirty. I was planning on transferring locations soon, and I think I found where I want to work. This place is serious about everything and I loved everything about it. it is a location i highly recommend if you are in the...
Read moreI have been to this Chick-Fil-A multiple times, and I have had no problems. This visit, however, was not the case. First when I was paying for my order, I had handed the cashier my gift card. I know this gift card had money on it as it was just given to me, and I had the receipt to the card. She swipes the card and waits for the system to process it. After multiple times, I express that it is okay and that I would just pay for the order myself and keep the gift card for later. I insert my card and the cashier proceeds to throw away the gift card. Me, who was confused, grabbed my receipt and waited on the side. My friend, who I had expressed my confusion with, went to the cashier to retrieve the gift card. The cashier proceeded to tell my friend she could not do anything as she threw it away, and she was sorry. I moved on. We sat down and got our food and it tasted like it usually does. It did not come with sauce on the plate but it was fine as we just asked for it. The next problems came when the two people that I had came with shadow to chase down the Chick-fil-A employees in order to get their food. They came with sauce and their food just fine. The experience was not horrible, but the minor inconveniences made me confused and a little aggravated. The food was good as usual, but I wish my experience...
