Now is not a good time to go to this one. I felt very bad for them since they were severely understaffed. Anyhow, it took them about 32 minutes to get my burgers done and lady at cashier was pretty rude. She would tell orders and sass anyone who didn't come up. There was a huge line going on and nobody was getting any of their orders. When I heard my order get called obvisiuly I went up to get it immediately since I've been waiting for the longest. The lady stared at me and then turned around and continued making other orders.... I assumed it was because she was still in the process of making it and putting it into bags. After a while I still hadn't gotten my order. I spoke up and told her if my order was ready. The lady then proceeded to sass me and say that she been called my order and looked at me with an attitude. Anyway, I knew she was stressed and I brushed it off. Once I got home, 2 of them were incorrect and one of them just tasted awful. I'm not too sure what sauce they added in there but I honestly couldn't finish it no matter how hard I pushed through it. An addition to that, my burgers were cold and soggy... needless to say when I heated them up at home... they were not pretty. I live 4 minutes away from these guys so there's really no excuse as to why it was so cold. Later that evening, I began to have stomach pain and eventually I threw up what I had eaten there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame here on 8/20 at about 7:30pm. I am not sure who was on shift there at that time, but Iām sure the owner of this location can figure it out the schedules. After paying they made me pull around and wait at the front door even though there was no line. Then I waited about 40min, and order still was still not ready. Went inside and asked about my order and said it would take another 10min. Waited another 15min with nothing, so I just cut my losses and left. All I ordered was a whopper jr and spicy chicken sandwich. That shouldnāt take over a hour to make. During my whole wait there, they also came to my car with 3 different orders that werenāt mine and didnāt seem to be able to find the owners of those orders either. This location is obviously very very disorganized, poor customer service, and very very slow at completing orders. I donāt expect much from a fast food restaurant, but at the least they should be āfastā. Iāve had some long waits and bad customer service at fast food places before, but this by far was the very very worse. We begrudgingly got into the line which moved incredibly slow. The only reason it moved at all the first 5 minutes we were sitting in it was because 2 cars in front of us left the line and drove away. We finally made it up to order and let them know we placed an order through the app. By this point it had been over 20 minutes since we had placed the order. They had our order ready for us when we pulled up to the window but the food wasn't fresh. Our order was correct but the onion rings tasted like they had been microwaved, the tomatoes were mushy, and there was no syrup in the Coke!
