Tucked into an otherwise ordinary setting, this Starbucks café delivered an unexpectedly polished experience. My choice for the morning was the spinach feta wrap, served warm and balanced in all the right ways--a perfect pairing of earthy spinach with the tang of feta, wrapped neatly and presented without fuss. Service was a standout. With five staff members moving in seamless rhythm, orders were taken, prepared, and delivered with near-clockwork precision. Even as customers cycled steadily through both the counter and drive-through, I never felt a pause in attention or pace. Using rewards points was effortless, a detail that underscored the team's efficiency. Ambience matters, and here it was thoughtfully cultivated. Gentle music played just loud enough to soften the air without overwhelming it, while guests tapped quietly on laptops or chatted in subdued tones. The cleanliness of the space was striking; every surface gleamed, offering reassurance that both presentation and hygiene were valued equally. Verdict: This is a Starbucks location that understands the subtle art of consistency. With food that satisfies, staff that perform like a well-rehearsed ensemble, and an atmosphere that strikes the right balance of lively and serene, it earns its place as a reliable stop for both the hurried commuter and the lingering guest.
The one down side, is its immediate setting right off a major highway, making the outdoor sitting noisier...
Read moreI recently started ordering from this location on my way out of town for business. Virtually every time I order Starbucks, I order on the mobile app ahead of time because I know it's going to be busy and if I can plan ahead and avoid an extra 5 to 10 minutes waiting, why not? Every other Starbucks that I have been to, this works perfectly. I order ahead of time, they make the drink and/or food while I am en route and then it is ready when I arrive. However, at this location, they don't start making my mobile app order order until I walk in the door. One of the employees, a rather unpleasant redhead whose name escapes me, announced that they prioritize the drive-thru line and not orders on the app. I'm not sure if this is a strategy she came up with on her own, or if it's a part of the corporate strategy, but there has not been any other Starbucks that operates this way in my personal experience. The whole reason I order ahead is to save time on my 4-hour drive. Why allow people to order ahead if you're not going to make their orders until they walk in? Other than that, the food and atmosphere and location is just fine. But don't expect them to make your order when you order it on the app until you're physically in...
Read moreThis location used to be my favorite but recently it seems the whole staff has been switched out. Since then the customer service has been horrible! I placed an mobile order this morning at 8:30am, when I got in line I had waited over 5 minutes just to get to the board to say I have a mobile order. I then continued to wait as the line was not moving and recently it has been taking 10-15min just to get to the window. On my mobile order it said it would be 4-6min and ready at 8:36, I got to this location at 8:36! After waiting in line and making it 8:40, the girl at the window, had a beanie and glasses on. Proceeded to tell me “next time place your order with more time so we don’t have our line getting backed up” this was hilarious as my drinks were ready by the time i got to the window and this was after waiting over 5min in line for other cars. Its also no time difference than ordering the drink at the board when I pull up. Least to say, the employees don’t have the typical friendly service as they used to. Will be driving to another location to avoid having a rude hipster start my day off wrong due to an error on their end and not...
