I come here a lot and often noticed it's a hit or miss from time to time and service varies depending on who's working there.
Lately, when I call to order, I get a sole "hello?" They don't state their business name. Ok... 'Uhhh is this riverside pizza?' "Yes."
I've been ordering the veggie tandoori papa pan pizza and been getting very little chicken but today was the least I ever got. I asked for extra sauce and tandoori chicken and I must've got 7-10 small pieces on 8 slices of pizza-- you can barely make out the 'extra' sauce and chicken on the pizza below, it was basically cheese bread with veggies.
I've also tipped in front of their staff and don't get so much as a "thank you, we appreciate that." I'm not sure whether Riverside thinks my tip is nominal and that I should tip as much as my total to get recognition for an optional tip.

Unfortunately, no care was taken to address that. I was told I’d have to wait another 7 plus minutes. They rushed to make my last pizza, but it wasn’t up to their usual standards.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. In this case, there was no real effort to resolve the situation or appreciate the inconvenience. While I still like Riverside Pizza, this experience was...

Great bargain for the money but you aren't going to crave it later in the week or confuse it with a pizza joint in a city that knows how to actually make pizza. The best thing on the menu is the cheese bread but make sure you order marinara sauce because they don't include it. Gluten free pizza is better than all the chains but a little pricey. Salads are surprisingly good and the dressing almost tastes homemade. Stay away from the wings, they taste like day old wings heated back up in the oven. Ate three and threw the rest away. Overall, the place is relatively clean and the food is better than the...
