The Theatre District in Tacoma brings in talent of all types from across the globe. The Theatre on the Square is an integral part of hosting them. Granted they don't get the hype as their next door historical neighbors, but they provide an excellent venue and are a part of the Tacoma Arts Live buildings (used to be The Broadway Center). Prices of drinks are reasonable "bar" prices $6 for a beer or cider $8 for wine (you do have to buy a reusable cup however, but you get a dollar off your drink if you bring it back).
