Love the brand, but was extremely disappointed in the logistics of taking advantage of the 253 sale. Waited in line from before store opening, only to find out that after 2.5 hours of waiting that almost nothing is left, and the line hasn’t moved because there is only one person processing point of sale. REALLY bad planning. Isn’t the first time processing orders has been a mess either. Have ordered online in the past only to have an order take well over a month to process, despite the product “launching” at the time of purchase. Super disappointed by all of the poor planning..
