Two stars is being kind at this point. Market Square is in limbo as there are reportedly plans to demolish some of the stores as part of an expansion of the adjacent property. Several long-time tenants have moved away and there are a number of vacancies.

Were I looking for a commercial real estate location this would not even be on the bottom of my list unless and until some decisions are made regarding future...

Ohhh, old is made new. The old is gone and the new is in. We enjoy the updated seafood and smoothie places. New restarants are great. Everyone loves First Watch and sushi. We miss the fruit and vegetables...
