my name is josefina. I went to pick up my son whom was playing basketball. I explained to one of the front desk person that I was going to pick up my son and she told me to go ahead. suddenly another front desk person told in an arrogant attitude that she needed to walk with me to the basketball court. I was surprised and asked her why? since I have been there before and that never happened before. I also asked her :how about if I have to wait for him to finish a game or if I wanted to see him playing? she said that she would wait with me but I was not allowed to be there and she will be with me until I leave. I felt humiliated and I am not going back...

I am currently a student here at UT and I am staying for a short period of time during Thanksgiving/ Christmas break. I am personally very angry with the communication and hours the gym has to offer over this break. 11-3 is when the gym is open...11am. to 3pm. The most irrelevant, insufficient and ridiculous hours this gym can possibly offer. Due to finals and work I am not able to make my way to the gym during that short 4 hour time period.
