My family and I Ordered 8 chicken biscuits through DoorDash with jelly from the E Fowler Ave Location when our order arrived bagged and sealed we opened it to find 8 pieces of chicken thrown in the bag with packs of jelly.. we contacted the location of the order and DoorDash and explained our ordered was wrong and offered to go and pick up the 8 biscuits since we had the Meat patties, a Ms Amy Answered A “Manager” responded to our call and refused us the eight biscuits claiming she bagged it and that’s what her screen said..even if our history clearly states 8 chicken biscuits add jelly, i thought chick fil A Was family organized and operated how can A Angry manager deny A paying customer.. trouble customer service Please be Advised of...
Read moreI was never disappointed in Chick-fil-A until today. I sat in the drive thru and watched someone driving a BMW cut in front of an entire line of cars during lunch hour. The drive-thru gentleman called the manager out to ask the guy to pull around the building to the end of the line. The driver refused to move and continued to hold up the drive-thru line. The manager told the worker to take the order and it wasn't worth holding up the line. The manager really needed to do more to right this situation as he cut in front of at least six other cars. Perhaps taking their orders prior to his would be a solution or funneling the cars around him up to where he should have been in line. Won't be coming back to this...

Nary an employee was wearing their mask correctly (all had their noses exposed). The counters behind the registers needed wiping with spilled soda drying on the counter.
