BnB Pro Host — Attraction in Tampa

What a wonderful stay! We spent 5 nights here at this awesome home. We loved it, the adult kids loved it, the grands loved it! The pool is amazing...clean, big, perfect temp. It was the grands favorite. And we did take our Gma and Gpa bodies in, too. 😊 It was real nice! The kitchen has everything needed with plenty of space. Very clean! We so appreciated the coffee bar with both keurig and regular coffee makers with coffee, sugar and creamer, too. The living room is cozy with very comfortable couches, including 5 recliners! The bedrooms were just perfect with comfortable beds, as well (this is a big deal). And each room had their own TV. Bathrooms were spotless. The master bath has a huge shower with 2 nice shower heads and skylight. It's so nice! We had some lovely views of the little lake behind the house and sunsets. Even got to see a baby alligator back there. The one thing we would note is that there is a bbq grill down near the lake in backyard but it is charcoal... just go prepared. It's definitely one of our all time favorite airbnb's (or vrbo's) and we would stay here again. Thank you so much for helping us make more sweet memories...

This is the best AirBnB host I have ever encountered. Professional, responsive, and kind. Their level of serviced is unmatched. An example- I recently left an important medical device after I checked out of the unit. I didn’t realize it until a day or so later. I messaged the host and they promptly responded. I asked them to ship it to me and I would cover the costs. They had it to me the next day by hand delivering it! I live an hour away from the unit and they drove it to my house and refused to charge me. I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and caring gesture. Having previously hosted and managed my own investment homes, as well as utilized STR's as a guest, I can tell you that from both sides BNB Pro Host is best in class. Communication with guests and hosts is outstanding! Our investment homes are top earners and we know our assets are being well managed and maintained. We are so confident about this that we even have them manage our personal home while traveling. Managing an investment STR is time consuming and prevented us from enjoying the fruits of our income.
