Zagora Cafe — Restaurant in Tampa

Possibly the worst service i have every had anywhere!!! The guy was veryyyyy rude to my husband and two kids ages 3 and 5. He acted as if we were a trouble that we walked in to eat even with noone being in line as they were dead!!! I asked if i could take a second to look over the menu and he got upset. After we look over the menu he says they were out of everything on the menu except chicken and fries. So we went ahead and got them then i ask about the cups because we are new silver members and i know we would be back. I asked the difference between the two refillable cups and he looked at us and say 10 dollars duh. So i asked again if there was a difference in the cups and he says 10 dollars and its a animal... He proceeds to get me the sticker one without even knowing if i wanted one...so we take it. I told the lady were silver members to get the discount at checkout she completely disregards what we are saying and i look at the receipt and tell her u didnt give us the discount and she rudely says i have to go to the front desk for the discount. Basically it was the worst experience and set the rest of our day off. I felt terrible for the kids as we all were very rudely disrespected and treated poorly as if its a normal thing. Not to mention the fries and chicken were obviously extremely old and pretty bad but i didnt want to go back up and complain and be treated like that again. Whats the point in having season passes if we cant even stop in and get lunch..let alone be treated this way... Seriously considering canceling our membership as we dont want to be treated like this everytime considering how comfortable these people were acting this way to a family. Very displeased and...

This Cafe within Busch gardens was amazing bc of the customer service. I mean to be honest I did like their food the best, and we ate at several cafés bc we bought the food pass...however at this one our card was not coming up in the system, the staff and managers were so sweet and professional. My sis-n-law who was in charge, was freaking out and super embarrassed bc we had a line behind us( I understand, that's stressful) the staff understood too. I can not thank them enough....they were amazing, patient, and friendly. And we ordered chicken fingers...they really were the best thing in the park! I wish I had the names of the staff, but anyway thank u to the young man working the register and the manager on shift. We were there around...

Took a trip here yesterday with my large family...the food was high school cafeteria grade at best, bland and flavorless. The service was much much worse. The line server, Jonathan, ran out of French fries and stood around joking with coworkers for about 15 minutes while the line continued to grow. He didn't speak to any of us, or let any of us know that there was going to be a delay in food service. (Since when does it take 15 minutes to drop French fries into a fryer???) Finally I spoke up and asked him to speak with a manager. He shrugged his shoulders, grinned, and told me he didn't know who his manager was. Rude and condescending. Will not return. Seaworld and universal offer much better food...
