I have NEVER received poor service like this one in ANY KFC locations before. Visited bush garden and decided to stop here, we are regulars at the Orlando KFC locations. My order was simple 3 famous bowls with one of them corn on the side. While ordering the female taking my order was not paying attention so she had to ask multiple times what my order was, the last thing I ordered was the bowl with the corn on the side to which she repeated back to me, when we get to the window she charges me $11 and the famous bowls are $5 each so I told her something wasn’t adding up, when I get my bag of food the bowl with corn on the side is missing so I order again at the window my bowl with corn on the side, I get my bowl and it has corn in it so I decide to park my vehicle and go inside to speak to the manager. As I walk in I notice the female in the drive through looks like she’s higher than a kite, another female in pink seater with backward hat and unprofessionally looking behind the counter just wondering around and the manger closing down a drawer, I told him about my situation and how they failed to even give me my food the first and had to ask for it multiple times for them to STILL mess up my order. The manager did not apologized or even acknowledge the issue, he simply with cash in hand and no hand washing what so ever started scooping things in a bowl. By the time I got my food and was on the highway back home I realized they never even give me my drinks!! I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed with this staff and service. Read moreI had to delete my 5 star rating to leave this review. I pulled up to the drive thru at 715pm on Thursday. I just got off work and I'm extremely tired. I said can you give me a second to look over the menu. The man that answered said "one". I ignored him, and then a woman said "one" Then they started to have a conversation with themselves talking about its been about 5 seconds now. I cant even look at the menu because they kept talking. It wasn't funny but they just wouldn't stop. First off I don't buy food from places that aren't professional. If you will do all that comedy mess before I even ordered my food. I don't trust you to prepare my food. Second it wasn't funny, nor was it the time for that. I was not in the mood, and after I ignored the first attempt at comedy, they should've left it alone. Instead they kept it going. Its unprofessional if a customer says can you give me a second, and you respond by saying "one" ,You're being passive aggressive and thats not okay. That's why nobody goes to this KFC. It's the unprofessional employees! Just take orders no one asked for your comedy and that joke is old, tired, unprofessional and it's you trying to be low key cute and it wasn't. Read moreSo I just had the worst customer service at this KFC 2212 E. Fowler in Tampa. I ordered original chicken online and the app showed it was ready 5min before we got there. When I went in to pick up the manager asked for the name and walked back like he was going to get the order. Then he returns and says they don't have any original chicken and asked me angrily if I wanted crispy chicken. When I replied that I ordered original and the app says it's ready he proceeds to get increasingly belligerent telling me multiple times "Do you want to wait 16 minutes?! and Acting like I did something wrong. 2 other male employees were staring at me the whole time and started repeating about waiting 16 min??? I simply wanted the chicken I ordered but was treated like I wronged them somehow. Another female said she had same issue with attitude. And even the female worker there apologized for her manager s behavior acknowledging the lack of professionalism.
