Moroccan Delights — Restaurant in Tampa

Okay so we were waiting in line thinking oh this icecream would be fantastic. As soon as we got to the counter guy said, "we dont have bananas" for a banana split which was on the menu. Then we said oh lets try something else then like the berry cheesecake milkshake..."we dont have cheesecake".... "or hot fudge". So we decided to try without some of the items... get to the payment register. While waiting we were watching one of the shakes being made the berry one. However all i seen was milk put into a cup with not even a scoop of icecream. The lady puts strawberry syrup in it and just let it sink to the bottom without blending making it look like a vanilla shake with just whipped cream.. this was my moms. I got the whoopie pie... they forgot to even make it so i cant tell you how that looked. My sisters just looked like chocolate milk and tatsed just like milk... we paid 40 dollars for this crap refunded 36 since my sister already grabbed hers. One of the workers just gave up and left after attempting to blend. Another just gave us an attitude As soon as the manager showed up to refund us even she couldnt even tell what the berry shake looked like. How could someone not even mix a milkshake... it doesnt deserve to be called a milkshake cuz it was just milk. Busch gardens do better, we come all the time this was the one place we went to which was horrid and gave me anxiety knowing I could do their job 3x much better. Went here yesterday at 4pm (4th of July, ond of the busiest days of the year) for ice cream. The 4 people working greeted us by saying they "only had strawberry and mint chocolate chip ice cream......". This is literally an ice cream shop - all they serve is ice cream. So, poor management would be to blame here.

We ordered 2 mint chocolate chip milkshakes, and the guy looked at me like I asked him for a steak. His co-worker came up and told him it was a milkshake with mint chocolate chip I've cream, at which point he seemed to understand the request.

We go to the register -- it was $34 for 2 medium sized milkshakes. This is not home-made or even premium ice cream! They are using EDY'S ICE CREAM and charging an 800% mark-up, at least. I can buy 1 gallon of Edy's ice cream for $6 at any grocery store Needless to say, we won't...

Ridiculous. Got in, about 15-20 minutes before close, and people are leaving as they start to run out of everything they have. One of the ladies says that they would only be able to give each person one scoop, and one of the major things they ran out of was waffle cones, to which they were putting ice cream in cups. We got to the front and were told that one scoop of ice cream in the plastic cup was the exact same price as the two scoop in waffle cone. Another member tried ordering a root beer float, and was told that they had ran out of root beer, and that they could replace it with cherry coke, which was “the same thing” (as the lady said). Outrageous. Left, got nothing, and was quite angry. Please don’t come here later in the day, as the service later in the day is awful and the resources...
