My mattress showed signs of age and became worn out after an accident during window replacement construction at my home. Therefore, I went to Doma Home Furnishings for a replacement on November 15. In 2021, I purchased the Conform timeout recliner from them and was so impressed with the store that I automatically went back there to purchase my mattress. The minute a client walks in the door, they are treated like the most important person. There is unparalleled customer service from Doma. This time, I was greeted by Stacia Dunnam. She took the time to help me purchase my mattress and matching pillows and showed me the limited options available because I needed the small twin size. While there, another client came into the store. Before assisting the new client, Stacy stayed with me until my transaction was complete. Once the mattress arrived, delivery was flawless. Jason understood that I taught at a community college and had to be at work at a particular time. He scheduled my delivery for 8 AM. The crew arrived by 7:50 AM so I could be at my class on time. With other companies, one has to be available for a lengthy window to receive furniture delivery. Let me end by mentioning the quality of the furniture. While there are many big box stores selling furniture that appeal to the masses in terms of style and price, at the end of the day, the furniture must be comfortable and high-quality. One can find furniture at a lower price, but it is not of the same quality, or there is no option to try it out before purchasing. Let us take the mattress, for example. An average person will spend eight hours a day on the mattress. Therefore, it needs to be high quality and comfortable, which is what one will find at Doma. I worked with Chris! Chris is an awesome sales person – friendly and attentive without being overbearing and pushy. There was a problem with the delivery and I reported it to Chris immediately. The very next day (a Sunday) Chris called me and said the DOMA would be taking care of the matter and scheduled a tech to come to my home. The tech was extremely nice, did a small repair and provided me with A LOT of helpful information on how to use and care for my chairs. (The tech also had great things to say about DOMA and their management!)

DOMA is my absolute FAVORITE store! The products are stylish and high quality. The owner & staff/team are simply fantastic and easy to work with. I like stopping in from time-to-time just to see what’s new and to chat with...

I have to say that everything they sale is so good my first purchase it was great the delevery it was to easy to schedule a date. On my second purchase they told me it will take a month and it took more then that , who ever was incharge dint have good communication at all. I have to say they need to improve to keep customer happy, the day i went to pick it up who ever is in charge will apologize not only the employer i mean the manager.
