It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review because I used to enjoy coming here. Today, however, the service didn’t meet the standard I was used to. I called ahead to schedule a gel manicure and pedicure fill, and I was assured they could accommodate both services simultaneously within the hour. The pedicure itself was well done, but I noticed the polish was poorly applied. The lines on my French pedicure were crooked, and it clearly needed an additional base coat. Additionally, one of my fingernails had been prepped for the manicure that never happened. About 40 minutes in, I realized no one had started on my hands, so I politely inquired. The technician apologized, saying the person assigned to my manicure was still busy. I assured her it was okay, but by the time I noticed how bad the polish looked, I only had about 12 minutes before I needed to leave. I didn’t have time for them to fix it. They charged me only for the pedicure and not the gel polish, which was appreciated. However, when I called about 20 minutes later to ask if I could come back for them to fix the polish and complete the manicure, the manager rudely cut me off, asking when I’d like to come in. This was surprising, as he had been polite during my previous visits (I’ve been here twice before). I expressed my disappointment and pointed out that this was clearly a mistake on their end, but instead of offering any real solution, he seemed uninterested in my concerns and hung up abruptly before I could explain further. I’m a professional and was disheartened by this experience. Based on other negative reviews, it seems I’m not alone in feeling this way. AVOID THIS PLACE! I would leave 0 stars if I could, I came here to get my nails done with high expectations and I left just with my pedicure done and my nails with the gel polish removed, the woman who was working in my manicure literally almost ripped my finger off with the drill and pretended to say that I moved, when I did not move at all, since I saw she was not very talented using the drill I kindly asked her if she could finish my nails with a file, she got up and started yelling they do not use files over there.. the manager started making fun of me with other clients like “omg using a file the polish won’t stick” the woman left me there, they literally left me there waiting for like 30m.. then I got up and left, I couldn’t believe what was happening.. I couldn’t believe I was paying to be treated like that. I was on vacation taking time that I could have been spending by the pool to get my nails done and I was over there for over 2h just to get a pedicure done and to be tested like trash. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Replied: I did not have dip nails or however you call that manicure, I had gel nails and you and her knew that, the gel polish was already gone and she was still using the drill on my nails when she almost ripped my finger off, she def wasn’t very professional using it first of all, you can even use different products to remove gel manicures, I told you guys since the beginning how sensitive my nails are, if you couldn’t get this job done, you should have let me know! I just moved to Tampa and it took me a while until I find a place that I like and try as I am very picky and particular for my manicure. The place itself is nice and clean. I made an appointment and went to the salon. It was quite busy as it was a holiday. One of the manicurist started working with me and removing my old polish. Meantime a regular customer came for appointment with the same manicurist and she started working with her at the same time. When it came time to pick my color it turned out that the color that I want was out. I asked for another one from a bottle next to me but when she showed me the real color it wasn’t the one that I’d go with and I got a little confused wondering which color to pick at the end. The manicurist got frustrated because obviously she wanted to work with her regular customer and she left the working place saying to her boss that I am wasting her time and I don’t know what color I want. That was so RUDE! I am there for first time , instead of trying to make me a regular customer and be patient and nice with me, they did the opposite! I was almost about to leave , I was so disappointed and felt bad for this customer service! Then they made me waiting 20 more minutes someone else to finish my nails!
