This our first time to the Hyde Park Jasel, but our second experience ( we had permanent jewelry at the Kennedy location). Once again we left with a top level customer experience. My daughter had her second piercing and I had my helix and tragus as well as other piercings changed. Tuba was absolutely amazing, friendly, sweet, patient, can’t say enough good things. There was also a girl working up front who came to hold my daughter’s hand, Maddie, I believe who went well above her job duties. My daughter was nervous and they worked to take her worries away. Today I went in to exchange two rings I purchased that were too big and when I had called I was told to come in any time. When I went in I was met by the same gentleman who I had spoke to and he went out of his way to find the rings in the correct size and made to exchange so easy. This cannot be said for many stores. I saw Tuba and she was equally wonderful. They are simply the best and will have customers forever ! I recommend them...
