SheiKra — Attraction in Tampa

I never rode a rollercoaster ever in my entire life. Then my girlfriend I just got with decided to go to this ride first. I was deathly afraid but there was no getting out of it. I couldn't tell this beautiful lady no I won't ride with her so I was literally dieing every step I took to the coaster. I got in my seat strapped myself in and put a death grip on my handle bars. The ride up was agonizing then just before we take the plunge straight down my girlfriend grabs my hand and I don't seem too scared anymore. Then we go straight down woosh. I ride all the rollercoaster now and I've ridden shiekra so many times I can pose at the cameras on the ride. This IS the best ride in the park. It is SUPER smooth. A majority of roller coaster rides jerk and throw you while you ride. Not this one, it is very smooth. The initial drop is amazing. The rest of the ride is a great experience as well.

My ONLY "con" is that it is WAY too short of a ride, time-wise. However, that short ride is jam-packed with an exhilarating experience not to be missed.

This is a ride is accommodating to large groups that may wish to ride together.

If you have someone in your entourage that simply refuses to ride a roller coaster, let them know that this is unlike ANY roller coaster out there. It is super smooth and the safety restraints lock them in snuggly. They will feel tight and nestled in there seat giving them the reassurance that...

Definitely a ride to experience. in as much as I love roller coasters I can no longer ride them cause of the bouncy shaking and jolting experiences on a roller coaster. SheiKra is unlike any roller coasters Shiekra is unlike the typical roller coasters since their main attraction is their 90 degree drops and the fast cycles. Because the rides holds so many people at a time and is constantly moving (especially if more cars are in operation) long lines moves fast. It doesn't have the jolting and neck snapping moves like other typical roller coasters which is why I can still ride this at my age (50+). This ride is towards the back of the park so I would suggest to start from there and work your way towards the front...
