Tampa Jewelers — Attraction in Tampa

Very Unprofessional .Brought my newly purchased ring in to be sized. Came back to pickup due to being told 2 days later they could not size it even though when they took it they said they could. Than when I went to pick it up I didn't take it out the box initially something told me when I got in my car to look at the ring.. (Check stones color etc ) these people cut a line straight through my ring and never even mentioned doing so . I immediately walked back into the store and the owner and there team had the nerve to try to talk over me justifying them not "knowing" the ring had been cut . They weren't aware and didn't know How the hell didn't you know someone cut my ring . You said you couldn't do the job and never mentioned cutting my ring . I went nuts and I'm reporting them to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau , FTC and Local State Agriculture Commissioners. What they did was unlawful disrespectful and unethical . DONT GO HERE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
