Ernest L. Blumenschein House — Attraction in Taos

We were not impressed at all with the museum. The attendant at the front was not wearing a mask despite the ongoing state mandate. The museum itself was amateurish. Few paintings were given context or explanation, and in one room it was clear that previous title placards were placed directly on the plaster as stickers, damaging the plaster and leaving some of the stickers on despite partial removal. I love this little museum! I bring all my out of town guests to visit it. It's such a sweet little spot on earth where one can experience the feeling of a majical time when things where simpler and people had to use their imaginations to find joy in life.
